I felt numb. I felt like my world was crashing down on me. I cried for hours im my sisters arms. No one would ever be able to feel this type of pain.
"Jayde, stop crying."
"I can't." I mumbled as i tried to calm my breathing. I couldn't loose the person that meant the world too me.
"Jayde, come on. Im sure we can get through this. I know she'll be fine." She rubbed my back. I looked up at Trinity's sleeping face. I starred as I tried to picture her beautiful brown eyes. Those deep brown eyes starring into mines. That smile that I loved.
The heart monitor started to go off. It started to beep loud. The thoughts of Erin being in the hospital came rushing into my head. The nurses came running in and one nurse told us to step out so they can stablize her. I stood still holding her hand.
"Ma'am we need you to move. We have to get her to surgery."
"To what?" I said. Barely audible to even my ears.
Another nurse came in with a stretcger and they transported her to the stretcher. I had been pushed aside. They rolled her down the hall to the elevator i followed them in. We rode to the 7th floor where they rode her through double doors and forced me to wait. I stood at that door watching her get rolled away. Watching the only person, I ever loved being rolled away.

It had been 2 hours since Trinity was rushed into surgery. Appreantly the mass that the doctor was talking about, that i didnt listen to was a mass by her lungs. They didnt want to do any thing because they had to stablize her and make sure she would survive the surgery. The mass, was pressing on her lungs, basically stopping her from breathing. I sat in the waiting room, being held by my mom. My sister had called everyone to let them know. I didnt want to be bothered with everyone else so i just took Erin and we sat back away from everyone else. I felt bad that I had pushed Tryella and Tyrell away, but i just wanted to be held by my mom. She rubbed my hair. I hadnt did anything to it since Trinity's first day in the hospital.
"Babygirl, talk to me." She said kissing my forehead. I just sat there, starring at the ground. I hadnt eatten in a day. No food. No drinks. I couldn't eat. I wasnt hungry.
"Jayde, talk to me. Just tell me something." Once again I ignored her. My thoughts started to roam and my heart started to pound again.
"Jayde." I heard that voice. That sweet little baby voice. I looked up at Tyrell starring down at me. Her eyes looked big, pink, and puffy. "Will Trinity be okay?" She asked. Tears started to stream down her face. I reached out and pulled her into my arms. I started to rub her little head. Her hair was curled. "Jayde, please tell me." She looked up at me.
"Yes, she'll be okay. Before you know it. She'll be back at home." A small smile spread across her face. She hugged me tight and just held on to me. I sat there holding her till she fell asleep. Trinity was in surgery for 5 hours now. No nurse came and told me about her, no doctor came to confirm it. I just sat there. My mother's had went to go get coffee. Trinity's parents had went to seattle their kids at home for the night.
"Ma'am." Said a doctor. He looked tired and wore out.
"Yes." I looked up at him with my tired eyes.
"Trinity is out of surgery and is in ICU. We had to remove the mass. It was pressing down her lungs causing her to stop breathing."
"Was it cancerous?"
"Yes." I looked down at the ground and started to cry. "Im sorry, Ms. we will do as much as we can to make sure that we help her." He came over to me and rubbed my back.
"Thank You."
"Would you like to see her? She should be coming back from the medicine."
I nodded as I got up and followed him to the elevator. To go to ICU. I walked in her room. I stood next to her bed and felt on her arm. It still felt like that soft baby skin. Well the parts that didnt have sticky stuff on it from the tap they used to keep the IV's in. She still looked beautiful. I looked at her beautiful face. I watched her eye twitch a little. Than it slowly opened. I immediatly smiled at her. She took awhile but than a smile appreaded on her face. She opened her mouth to say something but all I heard was a squeak. I knew what she was trying to say. I leaned down and kissed her dry lips. She smiled when I pulled away. I reached down and hugged her. She tried to move her weak arms.
"I love you."
He mouth formed those 3 magic words. I just smiled. She closed her eyes again and she slept with a beautiful smile on her face. I still felt sick to my stoamch but seeing her smile made everything better. I kissed her forehead and headed to the door. But before i could reach it her mother came in smiling.
"Im glad she's okay."
"Yea." I smiled "Mee too. She just closed her eyes and went back to sleep. She should pull through."
"Yea, I know. Did they see if the cancer had spread?"
"They probably did, but they didn't tell me. I guess they wanted to wait." I looked to the left of me and saw a mirror. i saw my reflection for the first time in awhile. My hair looked horrible, i had bags hanging to my chin, and my lips were dry and cracked. My shirt was hanging loose and my arms looked boney.
"GoodEvening ma'am." Said the doctor.
"GoodEvening Micheal." She shook his hand. "Micheal this is Jayde. Trinity's partner. Jayde this is Micheal a family friend and the best surgen you could ever wish for." She smiled.
"Awww, thanks Lilly." He pulled her into a hug.
"Tell me." She said lookin in his blue eyes. I looked back at Trinity than at Dr.Micheal than back at Trinity. He looked just like her. I know I said she looked just like her mom, but when you see him it looks as if she only had a daddy. I looked at Lilly and she just nodded.
Dr.Micheal cleared his throat. "She has too be moved to Cinnaticut, they have the best rating for curring cancer in kids." My mouth dropped. She has to move from New Orleans, all the way to Cinnaticut.
"For about how long?" Questioned Lilly.
"Anywhere from 6 months to 2 years."
"2 years." I breathed in a big breath. She could be gone from me for up to 2 years. Lilly came over to me and smiled at me before wrapping her arms around my shoulder.
"Its okay Jayde, she'll be home before you know it." I walked back to Trinity and held her hand. I didnt want them to take her. I wouldn't let them take her. Not to Cinnaticut.
Sorry its short. I just wanted to update it. Didnt want to leave anyone hanging.
