“You drool when you sleep”

I hear somebody say. Who could it be? Of course, the one and only love of my life, Annabeth Chase. Now, I try not to be cheesy and all but it’s the truth!

“Wake up Seaweed brain. Big day ahead” Annabeth shook my body over and over again. Arrggh, can’t this girl stop doing this? I’m still sleepy and what are we supposed to do today. As far as I know, we have no plans for today. I’m going to continue my sleep.

“Fine then stay there.  The rest of us are going somewhere. Bye” She said then I could feel her presence in the room slowly fading away. I quickly stood up then said-

“I’m up! What are today’s plans Wise girl?” I yawned then stretched my arms. I looked at the clock and golly wow! It was already 9 in the morning.

“You forgot didn’t you?” Annabeth said with a brow raised up. Huh? What’s supposed to happen today?

“Uhm… happy birthday?” I guessed an answer. Annabeth just gave me a frown. Bad answer, that wasn’t right. Okay, I’m going to guess another one.

“Happy anniversary?” I said smiling then opened my arms as a sign that I’m open for a hug. But she just gave me another frown. Okay, wrong again. What is really going on? I have clearly no idea.

“Okay, happy Chinese New Year?” I gave another guess but her expression doesn’t seem to change.

“I give up, I don’t know” I said scratching my head, feeling a little embarrassed.

“Today, we are going to try out the wedding clothes your mom assigned us. We need to go the tailoring shop and try it out. And we need to hurry because that shop has lots of costumers and they could not accommodate much people.” Annabeth said as she opened the door of my room.

“Get dressed Seaweed brain then eat your breakfast. We need to hurry” She said smiling then walked out of the room. I sighed. Dressing up is not really in my list of stuff I like to do. I changed up hurridly then ate my breakfast.

As I went out, I saw Annabeth talking with mom in the garden. Woah, when did Annabeth became addicted with flowers? She was wearing this sundress that suit her perfectly. I rarely see Annabeth wearing a dress. I don’t know why but she looks much better in dresses. Makes her look even more angelic. I walked up to her so we could go now.

“Let’s go” I said offering my hand to her. Annabeth smiled then took it.

“Bye mom” I said as I kissed mom in the cheek. Annabeth said her goodbye too and we walked up to the bus station. The bus station isn’t really that far from us and it was only a walking distance so it was fine. After a few minutes of waiting the bus had arrived and we went in.

“I wonder what your mom prepared for us to wear” Annabeth said as she leaned close to me.

“I’m thinking anything that has a shade of blue” I said which made Annabeth giggled. We just sat there until we arrived to the shop. Annabeth was the one who knew where this shop is because she and mom have been talking. We arrived on this ‘Madame Victoria Amor Diego Designs’. Wow, the name sounds classy. I wonder where did Paul got all the money to buy clothes here. It’s not that I’m degrading him or something but I rarely got to wear clothes coming from stores like this.

As we went inside, this girl wearing a bright pink dress with pink, fluffy, cotton candy like hair and this weird make up that makes her look like a contestant for Ms. Halloween. She reminds me of someone I saw.

“Is that Effie Trinket’s style?” Annabeth asked the lady. Oh right! That was her. She looks like that Effie from this movie, Annabeth and I watched. I think the title was Hunger Games, cool movie by the way. Annabeth said it was from a book and that the book has much detail on the story.
