I slowly sat up in bed. There was a smile on my face until I realised that I'd have to go to set today. I'd have to face Matt. And more importantly, I'd have to run through lines with him.

I groaned and rolled onto my stomach, burying my face into my pillow. Maybe he doesn't remember. He was pissed drunk. Hopefully he doesn't remember what happened.

"Jana! Don't you have to go to set today?"

I sat up again and called back, "Yeah mum, I'm getting ready."

I quickly got up and grabbed one of my black tank tops. This one had two blue-green hearts in the middle, and the TARDIS on top of them. I changed into it and pulled on a pair of black skinny jeans to match. Then I grabbed my bag and ran downstairs.

"Bye mum! I'm off to set now. I'll see you afterward," I yelled to my mum, grabbing my keys of the counter and running out to my car.

It seemed to take forever to get to the set. I pulled into the car lot and found the space that had been reserved for me. After grabbing my bag and making sure my car was locked, I walked toward the studio where we were filming/rehearsing/sometimes doing nothing, and silently went in.

"Hello Jana. How are you," Kayla, the woman at the desk who I'd met when I first came to my callback audition, asked me cheerfully.

"I'm good Kayla. How're you?"

"I'm good as well. You have fun today."

"Thank you. You too."

I looked forward to my morning conversations with Kayla. Well, normally I did. The whole thing with Matt seems to have soured everything.

The moment I walked into the studio, Scott walked over.

"Jana. We need to talk."

"What about? Did they finally ease up and say you could be like a one or two episode companion? That would be amazing. Maybe we could be in a few episodes together," I said excitedly.

"Jana, I know why you left Matt's yesterday."

The only word that I could get out of my mouth was, "Oh."

"Why didn't you tell me?"

"Scott.. It was the first time we'd actually had a full conversation. I didn't want to tell you and make things awkward. Besides, I didn't think it was any of your business. How did you even find out? And why do you care," I asked, crossing my arms.

"I care because he shouldn't have done that to you! He shouldn't have-"

"Scott. Shut up. I know he shouldn't have done it. That's why I left. But it's none of your business. I didn't ask for you to care. Don't get me wrong, I love that someone is concerned, but I can handle it. He was drunk anyway," I said calmly.

Scott nodded and turned to leave. I let him go. I didn't have time to deal with him. I quickly turned and walked to where Matt was standing with Steven and our director. I stood quietly for a bit.

Matt turned and saw me, "Jana! How are you this morning my dear?"

I hesitantly smiled, "Oh I'm fine. And you? How are you?"

"Well, honestly? I've got a terrible headache. But don't worry, my acting will be fine. In fact, I'm going to go take something for it now," Matt replied smiling.

He mustn't remember what happened yesterday. That's good. That's really good. Now I can let it go and get on with my life.

I smiled and watched Matt walk away.
