A/N:

Okay, so there's a dedication this chapter. It goes to @LynneLloyd.

She had a great joke. (But maybe I only liked it because I'm a complete and utter geek. (: Oh well.)

Here I'll even put it below:

Q: Why are hobbit doors round?

A: If you had 9 meals a day, you'd need a round door too.

-

There's also a second dedication that goes to @CloudShadowNinja because her eyes are blueish-greenish. And I'd expect that they are a lovely colour, because my friend has eyes that I'd describe as that colour and they're beautiful.

Scott pulled into my driveway twenty minutes later.

I smiled, "Thank you for bringing me home. I really appreciate it."

"Oh it's no big deal. I couldn't just let you walk home, it's getting cold."

"Okay. You're sort of right. But I could've just called my mum. If I hadn't ridden with Matt, you wouldn't have had to do this," I sighed a bit, "Sorry if I caused you any inconvenience."

Scott laughed a bit, "Oh not at all. I was ready to head home anyway. And-"

Whatever he was about to say was cut off by a loud tapping on my window. I turned to look and nearly screamed. My mum was standing there looking in the window with a smirk on her face. I felt my face heat up as a blush crept onto my face.

I groaned, "Oh my god. I'm so sorry. I uh... I should go. But I'll see you at the studio right?"

"Yeah, I'll be there. See you tomorrow," he said chuckling.

I glared at him, or at least attempted to because as soon as he started to laugh more I started laughing. I opened my door and got out, waving a bit.

As I followed my mum up to the door, I glanced back at Scott's car; he waved a little, then pulled out of the driveway and left.

The minute I stepped into the house, I turned on my mum, "What the hell Mum! Couldn't you have waited inside? We were talking about show things, and you interrupted. Thanks."

"Jana-"

"I'm tired and I'm going to bed. Also, tomorrow I'll drive the truck to the set so you don't have to take me. I know it's sort of an inconvenience for you, even if you won't say it," I said, ending with a yawn.

"Alright. I guess I'll see you in the morning. Goodnight sweetie."

She lightly kissed the top of my head and turned to go to her room. I watched her walk away, then turned and walked to my room. The minute I got there, I fell into bed and lay there. I didn't bother changing out of my clothes. I just lay in bed, trying not to think of what had happened earlier; because I had no idea what I was going to do about it. And then, after I'd calmed my thoughts down, I slowly fell asleep.

Well that was crap and I know it. I'm sorry guys. I know you've been waiting for this. And now it's here, and it's crap. But the next chapter will be better, I promise.
