Chapter 6: but now when I see you with him it tares my world apart

I woke up this morning to that death noise of my alarm clock. But for some reason I was excited to go to school. I'm excited to see Kasey again. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHH I feel like a girl finding out her crush likes her. I almost feel like jumping around,but then again it is only 6 in the morning. I tapped the clock, rolled out of bed and walked into the bathroom. My blue eyes stared back at me through the mirror as I brushed my short brown hair with my hands. I brushed my teeth and Continued to get ready for school when I got a text.

Harry: So Kasey got her car

Me: Cool,what does she got?

Harry: mustang comvertable,late Easter present, she payed for half and then her parents paid off the rest.

Me: awesome

Harry: yeah so how did it feel?

Me: what?

Harry: the kiss

Harry: Kasey makes that face Alot when she texts.

Me: lol does she? I hit the wrong button.

Harry: yeah

Me: I haven't text her yet

Harry: you got her number?

Me: yeah

Harry: it took me weeks you lucky bastard. Lol

Harry: we're texting now,its a habit

Me: oh

Harry: yeah,I'm glad we do though,I always text her good morning.

me: I gotta get ready,see you at school

Harry: k bye

I finished getting ready,grabbed my stuff and walked out to my car. Alot of the people have their licence so most of us just drive to school every morning. I drove to the Starbucks to pick up coffee like I do every morning, but usually I'm buying two,one for Eleanor. Memories come back as I touch the cold doors walking in. I stood in the busy line as a pretty brunette walked in with neon orange aviators. She was wearing a floppy baby blue top,skinny jeans and Tom's. She quickly flipped her hair then took off her sun glasses. "Kasey?" I mumbled but stayed where I was. I ordered my coffee and stood over in the pick up line. "Um ill have a mocha small fappachinno Please" her voice sweetly said and walked over to the pick up line. "So you like Starbucks?" I asked as she stood next to me with her sun glasses on her shirt. She obviously didn't know it was me because she answered with a little sass. "Well obviously I mean if I'm in a Starbucks" she said brushing her fingers through her hair and looked over. "Oh Lou! I'm sorry" she giggled. "its fine,I was just trying to get your attention" I laughed. "I'm sorry I thought you were some old guy trying to hit on me,That's happened alot" she stated with a smile. "So Harry told me about your car,Congrats" I said. "Yeah,thanks,I love it" she replied. "How come I've never seen you here?" I asked as I grabbed my coffee. "Because I just got my car and usually had to take a bus" she playfully snapped. "Dur" I laughed as she grabbed her fappachinno. "Well see you at school Lou" she smiled and put her sun glasses back on,she looked really good in them. "See you love" I replied and saw her freeze for a minute. "Yeah" she replied and walked to the purple mustang next to my red one. "Its beautiful by the way" I said as she smiled. "Thanks,yours to" she replied. I got in my car and we smiled at each other through the window. "Go head" I chuckled as I waited for her to pull out. "No you were here first go" she giggled. "Just go" I laughed. "No you" she smiled. "Ladies first" I insisted. "Peasant leave!" She snapped while giggling. "Fine,retract the claws" I laughed and pulled out.

I grabbed my grease CD and put it in before I pulled out. Who couldn't love grease right? I pulled out and hit track number 15. Louis wasn't to far from me so it was easy to Cetch up. By the time I caught up to him the light was red and he was completely stopped. "Why this car is automatic,its systematic" the CD started. Louis looked over and smiled. "Well Hey sweet cheeks" I winked, as the song continued. "Its hydromatic" "why is greased lightning!" I sang along as the light turned green and I speeded past him. I saw his smile in the review mirror as I turned on to a side street. Louis fallowed me and started to speed up. I laughed and speeded up even faster. At 6:30,7 o'clock in the morning these streets are always bare,so I wasn't worried about wrecking my car or anything. "You can't out race me" I heard and turned my head. My eyes widened as I looked at the childish boy next to me. "Yes I can!" I laughed. "Wanna bet?" He winked. "Your on,how much" "10 bucks...and dinner?" He asked. "Your on!" I giggled and hit the gas. "See you at the finish line pretty boy!" I laughed as I pasted his window. The next song played when louis met me up at the window again. "I got chills,there multiplyin and I'm losing control Coz the power your supplyin,its electrifyin" he sung as "your the one that I want" started. "You better shape up Coz I need a man! And my heart is set on you you better shape up,you better understand that to my heart I must be true" I sang back then he pasted me. "Oh hell no!" I laughed and speeded up. By the time I caught up the second the chorus repeated. "Your the one that I want,oh oo ooh honey,the one that I want honey" we sang at the same time. He knows his grease songs. The school was was around the corner so no more Mr nice guy! I hit the gas and passed him,then turned into the parking lot. I quickly parked as he pulled up. I turned off my engine with a big smile on my face. "I'm sorry who won?" I smiled getting out of my car. "Beginners luck!" "No! Its not the first time I've drove a car! You just cant immit that I won" I snapped with a giggle."Whatever" he chuckled. "Now carry me peasant!" I giggled. All he did was laugh. "No seriously, ill hold your coffee I'm just really lazy today" I chuckled. He gave me his coffee and picked me up bridal style. "Onward peasant!" I screamed with a smile. He laughed and carried me to the building. We walked in the gym as people gave us akward looks. I saw Harry over talking to a couple of his friends,Liam,zayn and niall. Liam pointed at Louis and I as Harry looked over smiled...but then kinda frowned. "Take me to Harry Please" I said quietly. Louis walked me over to the boys and set me down. "Ello Kasey" Liam smiled. "Hi Liam" I smiled and handed Lou his coffee. "Oh and I believe that is ten dollars tomlinson" I laughed holding my hand out. He smiled and sighed pulling ten bucks out of his pocket. "Grasias" I laughed and put it in my pocket. "What am I chopped liver?" Niall laughed. "Hello niall...zayn and Hi Harry" I smiled. But he was looking at the ground, when he replied. "Hey kase" he sighed. He never calls me that...well usually its Kitty,or Kasey,or love,or babe,never kase. "Harriett what's a matter?" I asked stepping towards him. "Harriett?" Zayn laughed,but I sent him a fake death glare."Nothing Kitty" he replied and smiled. It was a pretty phoney smile if you ask me. "Harriett and Kitty? Awwww such cute names" niall smiled causing me to blush a little. "Harry what's wrong you can't fake a smile with me" I asked lifting his chin up. "Its nothing" he sighed. "Tell me babe" I said giving him a hug. "its our anniversary...or would be" "I thought that was the 14th?" I questioned. "Today is April 14" Liam mumbled. "Oh my god,Harry I..." I started and covered my hand on my mouth. "Its fine,its just our anniversary that would have been,I mean its not really one anymore" he sighed. Niall was just as shocked as I was,I can't believe I forgot my anniversary... well my ex anniversary, but still,I shouldnt have forgotten. "So what did you guys bet on?" Zayn asked. "We were racing to school, and I won" I mumbled, but I couldnt smile,I can't stand Harry being sad. "Cheer up you two,hug and kiss and you'll be fine" niall said trying to cheer us up,usually niall does,but not today. I wish I could rewind what just happened, I'm a blonde,how was i supost to know what day it was. Now I feel horrible. Great job Kasey,just fucking great.

I can't believe she forgot. Its taring me apart already seeing them together, I knew this was gonna happen. I just knew it! She never would have forgot. It must have not been important enough... That's the only excuse to forget. I guess she had a right to,I mean its not like we are together anymore anyways. Its only been a day of them knowing they like each other and there all lovey-dovey. Gross,eww fucking nasty. I guess I'm just a little pissed,I mean everything was fine before louis came into play. And she would have remembered,Kasey remembered it for 3 years. Maybe she doesn't love me anymore,maybe I was fooling myself by actually thinking Kaitlyn was right. It doesn't matter,I've had my heart hurt before by past crushes,but it never hurt so bad. I thought she was gonna come in,and say it to me...but I was wrong. As we sat here quietly the bell rang. For the first time I didn't want to see Kasey,I can't,every time I see that beautiful smile I fall apart,its not like she's gonna smile today anyways,I mean I reminded her of something maybe she was trying to forget. The good thing is I don't have to see her till 3rd hour. I don't think I could see her before,I already have this lump in my throat and I'm already trying to hold back the tears.
