When William Barrow broke out of the hospital and last spotted by Beacon Hills High School, you met Stiles and the rest of the pack in the locker room.

It was the beginning of junior year and you promised your mom to do better. To get better grades, to get better attendance, just to do better in general.

You and Stiles were the only humans in the pack. That was both a disadvantage and an advantage. You could get into places that the supernatural could not. But you were most likely to get killed then them.

"What is it?" you asked, closing the door behind you. "I'm in the middle of a Calculus test."

"There's a criminal in the school." Stiles blurts.

"Okay, obviously I missed something. Scott, care to tell me what happened?" You said to the alpha.

"My mom got a man named William Barrow in the hospital who walked onto a bus with a shrapnel bomb and killed four kids," Scott said. "But that's not the weird part, he was going under anesthesia and had plenty to keep him knocked out for a while but he came out of it and killed a surgeon and they found a tumor with flies in his chest."

"Okay-"

"He killed the kids because they had glowing eyes." Scott cut you off.

"Oh no," you said. "Is he here?"

"They don't know, bu they just searched the school and haven't found anything so far." Stiles said.

"Well, we're going to go look around but you two go back to class."

Everyone goes out of the locker room, leaving you and Stiles.

"Something's off." You said, looking around the locker room.

"What is it?" Stiles asks, standing beside you.

Suddenly, gunshots ring throughout the school and you drop to the ground, hands over your head, Stiles covering your hands.

You two sat behind the lockers, you basically holding Stiles from running out there to help.

Two hours later, you heard talking in the hallway so Stiles left.

"Stay here," he said to you before leaving. "Promise me that you will stay here."

"I promise."

You stayed seated while he left, quietly walking down the hallway.

You wanted to leave to look for him when he didn't return after 20 minutes.

But instead, just as you reached for the door, someone's hands covered your mouth and something sharp poked your side.

"Scream and I'll kill you." His hot breath was against your ear.

He opened the door and started walking towards the door outside the school.

"Please let me go and I'll-" he poked the knife harder into your side.

"Shut up."

He got outside the doors of the school as you struggled against his arms. You felt the sharp pain in your side as a loud screech escaped your mouth.

He dropped your body, running off in the street. Your back hit the wall of the school, your hand pressing into your side.

Stiles POV

I was gone too long. I was gone for almost 30 minutes. My dad pulled me into a conference room and gave me and big speech about being safe and telling him if anything is wrong or suspicious.

I ran back to the locker room, ready to apologize to y/n for being gone too long.

But she wasn't there.

She promised and Y/n never breaks a promise.

I ran out of the locker room, searching the school for her.

"Where is she?" I yelled at Scott. "Where's y/n?"

Scott went around the corner, releasing his canines and werewolfiness.

He sniffed the air before furrowing his eyebrows.

"What Scott? What is it?" I asked.

"I got her scent," he says, pausing before continuing. "But it's masked by blood."

"Where is she?" I ask, my eyes searching for any sign of truth.

Scott started walking towards the doors to the outside of the school before turning to the right.

"Y/n?" I yelled before turning the corner, seeing her sitting in a pool of blood.

Your POV

You felt the black dots blur your visions as the blood pours out of you.

The stab was serious, if you sat here any longer, you were going to die.

That's when Stiles turned the corner, your name slipping from his lips.

"Stiles." You weakly smiled as his brown eyes looked down at you.

He leaned down beside you, pressing his large hands into your wound. You winced as more black dots covered your vision.

"You're gonna be alright."
