Hey guys, I have an update for you.

It's Tuesday, so I'm kind of surprised that I actually updated. I usually update Fridays, but that's fine. I'm on break and I'm planning to finish my homework tomorrow, so UPDATE!

Picture of Shia Labeouf as Antonio in the media.

Anyways, please enjoy this chapter and excuse any mistakes.

Jerome's P.O.V

"You're beautiful, did I tell you that?" Cierra smiled, and tucked some hair behind her ear.

"Tony, you compliment me like every two minutes," she giggled, and Antonio grabbed her hand.

"That's 'cause you are," Her smile got wider, if that was even freaking possible, and leaned into Antonio.

"Thank you," she mumbled. I felt my nostrils flare and I bit my tongue, hoping not to go bat-shit crazy.

"Jerome!" Kayli called in a whiny voice. I looked at her, my face probably showing how annoyed I was.

"Yes Kayli?"

"I was talking to you for the past two minutes and you're not even listening."

"Sorry," I rubbed my eyes. "What is it?"

"Never mind now," she grumbled, crossing her arms. I just shrugged and looked back to the almost happy couple in front of us.

Maybe it was a bad idea to agree to come to this movie. Maybe it was a bad idea to tell Antonio to bring someone with him. Maybe it was a bad idea to invite him over last month after his whole break up with Joella. Everything that I did was a bad idea.

I've been pissed for the past month. I got upset at every little thing - everything that had to do with this couple in front of me.

After a while I tried to figure out why I was so fucking upset. I should be happy that Antonio is happy, and is smiling like he once was with Joella. But instead, every time he's smiling, so is Cierra, and that pisses me off.

After they had met for the first time, things blossomed between the two. He would come over when Cierra was working and leave with her once she was done. I've never seen the two of them kiss, but they always hug. When they're together, Cierra and Antonio are always smiling.

Maybe they just have more in common since he's closer to her age than I am. He's twenty-two and I'm twenty-three, there is only a one year difference, but he is still closer to the age of nineteen.

Having them around me like this has me frustrated. Kayli has taken the opportunity to have the best sex of her life and to spend all the money she wants. I do not pay much attention to Kayli, because all of my attention is on the couple in front of me.

Other than that, she's also been somewhat nicer to Cierra. She still tells her to do her laundry - when I'm not around - but doesn't glare at her and neither of them start a fight.

"Antonio, stop!" Cierra gasped, giggling afterwards. She threw a piece of popcorn at Antonio, who gladly caught it with his mouth.

I sighed quietly, and leaned back into the chair. Annoyed and tired of looking at them, I grabbed Kayli's chin and pressed my lips against her's. She seemed a bit happy now that I was somewhat paying attention to her, and kissed me back, almost ready to climb up on top of me.

I opened my eyes and glanced at the couple, to see if they were watching us; but of course, they weren't, they were laughing lowly, as they gazed into each other eyes.
