Chapter 15: Coronation day

P.O.V: Gajeel :

Levy looked at me and smiled and I smiled back as she stood in front of the priest who was crowing her as queen and Wendy as princess and I couldn't be happy nor prouder. It's hard to believe that not long ago there was a pointless war going on and Levy died then came back to life. This year's been crazy.

I heard Lucy giggle so I peaked around to see Natsu flirting with her causing me to smirk because I thought I'd never see the day where Natsu the ruthless and the King of the fire nation would be flirting with a guard from the ice kingdom. "With this crown and heart I now crown you Levy Mcgarden as queen of the ice kingdom."

The crowed cheered as Levy crowned Wendy as princess and they turned toward the crowd and waved at their close friends and family then went to great their subjects and afterwards Levy made me into a full time personal body guard for her and Wendy. "Welcome back Gajeel." Wendy hugged me making me remember about Juvia who was still frozen in the castle garden. "Levy can you come with for a moment?"

We walked into the garden and Levy's face saddened to see Juvia frozen in a block of ice. "Oh Juvia..don't worry I'll have you out in a moment." Levy put two fingers on either side of Juvia's frozen neck and closed her eyes. Soon I heard the ice braking and seconds later Juvia took in her first breath in 24 hours.

"Are you alright Juvia?" Levy asked her while helping her to stand. I kept my distance because I thought Juvia would be furious with me that I turned her into ice. "Yes Juvia is alright." Her eyes landed on me and my heart filled with sorrow and regret. "Juvia is not mad at you Gajeel it was an accident and Juvia understands that. She thanks you for coming back for her." I smiled and hugged her and she hugged back.

"Oh Juvia I received word that Gray was coming back in a few days since the war is over." Levy smirked because she knew the water benders little "crush" on the ice bender. She nodded and walked off with blush to her cheeks.

~two weeks later~

P.O.V: Levy :

It was two weeks after mine and Wendy's coronation and things have been the same in the ice kingdom but I could tell that people's hearts have cleared away of worry and the fire nation had calmed down the intense heat of the flames. Gajeel never leaves my side which kind of annoys me but makes me smile at the same time.

He often uses the empty court room to kiss me and tells me loves me but as soon as someone walks in he puts on a hard face and straighten his poster to look the part of a big bad body guard often making me laugh. Today was no different but Gajeel did seem more on edge than usual making me worry that something happened.

After the visiting hours were completed Gajeel pulled me aside and kissed me deeply. "Levy I love you and meet me in the garden in two hours." I giggled and nodded my head as he walked off I felt my heart flutter and my mind wonder to what Gajeel had in store for me in the garden.

~ le time skip 2 hours ~

I got to the garden and it was covered in beautiful blue lights and soft music that flowed from the gazebo and there stood Gajeel in a nice suit with his black hair tied back and a sweet smile on his face as he reached for my hand. "You look beautiful." He whispered in my ear making me giggle. "I'm still in my dress from this afternoon." He smiled and put his hands on my waist. "Exactly you always look beautiful. Levy I love you and losing you when you protected me from Erza's blade made me realize that I needed to be by your side forever so I can protect you and love you."

He got down on one knee and pulled out a little blue box and opened ait to see a baby blue diamond. "Levy Mcgarden or Queen Levy The Kind will you do me the highest honor in the land and become my wife? I know I've asked you this before but I didn't have a ring and you just got back from the dead so-" I cut him off by kissing him. "Yes Gajeel I will marry you." He smiled and picked me up and spun me around then kissed and I could tell my life was only going to get better.

Sorry this chapter took so long I guess I'm running out of ideas and inspiration for the story since it's almost over. Yes my biscuits the story is almost over I'm sorry but it had a good run right?
