Love Somebody (Teen Wolf Fanfic)

Chapter 2

OH MY GAWD!!! The weirdest thing happened today! I got into the car and the song Love Somebody by Maroon 5 came on. It made me think of you guys. So I decided to write ASAP. Here you go! :D

(Eva's POV)

I started down the road when I hit something, someone. I jumped out of the car and ran towards the person. "HOLY FUCK IM SO SORRY PLEASE DON'T PRESS CHARGES!! ARE YOU O-" that's when I smelled it, he's a beta. He jumped up, "I'm fine, but I don't think your car is." He looked at it as he itched his neck nervously.

He must've noticed my scent because he went over to the car, pulled the dent out of the hood and started to walk away. "Wait! Come back! I have questions!" I yelled after him. He sighed and walked back to me. "You can ask your questions while you give me a ride. After all, you did hit me." He smirked as he walked to the passenger's side. I got in after him, "Where do you want to go?" I asked. "I'll tell you directions as we go." He said smirking.

"So what questions do you have for me?" He said. "What's your name?" I said staring at the road. "Scott McCall, and yours?" He asked staring at me. "Eva Winters. Next question, who's pack are you in?" I said with with no emotion whatsoever. He looked shocked, "I'm not really in a pack." He said nervously. I just nodded.

"This is it. Thanks." He said as we stopped at the mall."Can I come in with you? My dad told me to go out and make some friends." I said, trying to find a way to put him in a better mood. "Sure! I'm supposed to be meeting some friends so why not." He said cheerfully.

We entered and approached a group. One guy looked like he could be a male model, he was hot. The other looked like he was the nerdy type, wearing a plaid shirt. One girl looked like she was a model, I could feel that she had mixed feelings about Scott, and Scott had the same feelings too. The redheaded girl was really pretty, but I could tell she was hiding something.

"Um guys, this is Eva. She's new to town and wondered if she could tag along." He asked doing that nervous neck thing AGAIN. You'd think he had lice or something if you didn't know him. I didn't really know him, but I could smell the nervousness radiating off of him, or maybe that was me? No it's him.

The Hollister male model looking guy came up to me, "I'm Isaac and I'm currently single." He said with a wink.

The nerdy looking one pushed him aside, "I'm Stiles and he's an idiot." Then Isaac growled, GROWLED! That's when it clicked, he's a beta too, Scott's scent just overpowered his.

The redheaded girl walked right in front of them. "I'm Lydia and I love those shoes. Where did you get them?" She said looking at my shoes. "A boutique where I used to live." I replied simply.

The mixed feelings girl came up and shook my hand, "I'm Allison. How do you know Scott?" She asked. Aw shit.... How do I know him? He was outside the house next door to mine when I came. I guess that's his house. "He's my neighbor." I blurted out. Scott gave me a 'WTF' look while everyone else chimed 'Oh' and 'cool'. "Let's get shopping!" Lydia said, pulling Allison and I with her.

While shopping, I got to know everybody. It was fun. The boys hands were full and Lydia was dragging us into a dress shop. "Why do we need dresses?" I asked. "Because I'm having a party this Friday and you are coming." She declared. I didn't feel like arguing so I just shrugged. "Here try these on!" She said throwing dresses at Allison and I.

We tried on dress after dress until we found the perfect ones. Lydia's was colorful and sparkly and I loved it, she looked perfect in it. Allison's was silver and had a cool pattern on it, she looked like a goddess. Mine was black and partially sparkly and part of it wasn't. When we had the dresses on the guys looked like there was a naked girl in front of them. So we paid for the dresses and put our stuff in our cars.

"Scott, you want a ride?" Allison asked. "No I can get a ride back with Eva. She lives closer." He replied. My heartbeat quickened. I've never had that happen before about a guy. We waved away and got in the car and drove off.

"Oh and we really are neighbors." He chuckled. "Then why did you give me a look like I shouldn't have said that?" I asked. "Because now Stiles and Isaac are gonna want to stay at my house just so they can see you." He sighed. This boy was too cute. Wait- you can't think like that about him. He's a beta and he's Allison's ex. You need to get your head straight. I stopped by his house as he got out. We said our goodbyes and he went inside. I parked the car in my driveway and went into the house. I tried getting to my room but a voice stopped me.

"I see you've met our neighbor."
