***A few years later(current day)
Ivy's pov

Today is Dixie's first concert on her own! This time she isn't the opening act (Keith Urban volunteered for that)! I'm so excited for her and I can't wait to see her again!!! I pull on my cowboys trucks and country music tank top and my shorts then my favorite boots. I straighten my hair and now I'm ready! I walk backstage to Dixie's dressing room and she is finishing up her make up.

"Hey Dix!"
"RAE!!!" We hugged and I fixed her eyeliner because it was slightly crooked.
"Rae. You do know that Luke is gonna be here right," she asked more than said.

"I figured as much and I'm kind if excited to see him again!" Dixie just nodded, she was deep in thought. It's just the before stage nervousness. I left Dixie to find the bathroom. I was walking and I saw Luke in front of me. I stopped I didn't want him to see me yet. I go into the bathroom and look in the mirror and breathe in and out and in and out. I have to face him sometime and better sooner than later. Sooner is now. I walk out of the bathroom and go the way I saw Luke go. Breathe. In and out and in and out. Why is this so difficult? I am walking aimlessly now. I hear a voice. Luke. In and out and in and out. I'm not ready I'm not ready I'm not ready.

"Rae?" Crap.
"Yeah," I ask.
"How are you?"
"Im good Luke. How are you?"
"Im great! Thanks for asking!"

I am about to walk away but I am distracted by a gorgeous woman smiling straight at Luke.

"Ivy Rae," Luke said. "This is my fiance, Caroline."

I fake smile. "Congrats."
