Emily knew something was wrong, but she's didn't push me to tell her what was wrong. When we weren't talking about me, we were to busy looking at the security footage. The first one we saw was Alison leaving the court house in her car, but about two miles away at a grocery store. Alison got out of her car and entered another one then sped off. After watching the video, I led me to believe that it was planned out for Ali to leave the courtroom early.

Emily was obviously thinking the same thing, because she asked the question. "Do you think it was planned?"

I nodded, "I think it was."

Suddenly I got an email from Caleb with more footage, but this time from the courthouse. I opened the email, and saw his text.

'Might want to look at this. -C'

I opened the attachment and got Emily attention. Then I pressed play on the video. The video was dated the same day my trial, but it was during the recess. The laptop showed Alison and some guy in front of the bathrooms.

"Who's that?" Emily asked.

Suddenly the guy turned around to watch Alison because she went to talk to our parents. I gasped, I knew who he was. His name was Nicholas or just Nick Maxwell and he went to Radley (JUST GO WIH IT FOR BOOK SMART PEOPLE) with me. I should know, well because I 'dated' him in sixth grade. We really didn't date because one, we were in a mental hospital and two we were only in sixth grade. He entered Radley around that same time too, but left shorty after I came back from the switch. Which meant he met Alison while he was there. Then it all clicked.

Alison wasn't alone, she had help. It explained how she was able to move Chloe. She couldn't do that by herself. It was also how she was able to leave the courthouse, without actually taking her car. Then the flowers, god those stupid flowers. He was the one who delivered them.

"Holy crap."

Emily looked at me confused, "What? Who is that, Court?"

I looked at her with a blanked facial expression, "His name is Nick Maxwell, we went to Radley together. We even dated in sixth grade, before I knew you. He's the reason why Alison been able to do everything."

"How? Wouldn't he need a lot of money?" She asked.

I raised an eyebrow, "Oh trust me, he has money. His parents are filthy rich."

Emily was still very confused, "But how would he know Alison?"

I closed the laptop and stood up, "He didn't leave until eight grade, and he's very smart. He must have noticed the difference when Alison went there. It's the only thing that makes sense." I paused and I felt like was about to rip my hair out. "How could I be so stupid! The clues were right under my nose!" I cried.

Emily got up from the couch and tried to relax me. "Hey, your not stupid. You're one of the smartest person I know, besides Spence." I chuckled at her comment. "And you didn't know. You couldn't have known that your pass would come back and bite you in the ass, Courtney. Especially with the kind of sister you have." Emily rubbed my shoulders, "Plus, just remember you have me." She paused and grabbed my hands.  "Anyways, do you want to have dinner with me, to celebrate?"

I smiled, but remember Alison note. I pulled my hands from her and shook my head. "I'm sorry, I can't. Tonight, since my trial, we're finally having a family dinner." I lied straight to her face, and her smile fell. "But I'll make it up to you later, I promise." I told her, then gave her a quick kiss on her lips which brought back her smile.

"Alright."

~Chloe~

I groaned as I slowly began to wake up. Once my eyes were able to adjust to the darkness, I looked around me and noticed I was in a car that was parked. I tried to move my hands to open the door except I couldn't. Panic suddenly rose in me. I glanced down at my wrist and saw handcuffs along them. I quickly tried to pull at them, hoping they were fake.

"Don't even try. Your not going anywhere." I heard a familiar voice.

I looked to the side and saw Alison in the drivers seat. I wanted to gasped, but there was no point. She always got what she wanted. I glanced around the car and noticed that we were in a truck, probably Nick's.

"W-where are we?" I asked softly.

She turned towards me and smirked, "You didn't noticed? We're in Rosewood."

~Nick~

"Ugh!" I groaned as I slowly gain conscious. I rubbed my head where Alison hit me and felt a knot in my head. I hissed in pain as I placed to much pressure on the knot. "Damn Ali." I whispered.

I began to stand up when I noticed that no one was in the apartment. I quickly began to worry, until I noticed a piece of paper where my head once laid. I bent down and grabbed it, quickly noticing it was Alison's handwriting.

'Nick-

I'm sorry for hitting so hard, but you left me no choice. This was my last option, and I knew you would try to stop me. You had grown attached to Chloe and you wouldn't go through with Plan C. I hope you can forgive me one day, but by the time you read this, we will already be in Rosewood.

Love, Alison'

No no no no, this can't be happening. I had to get to Rosewood quick. I had to prevent Alison from continuing her plan. Knowing her, she would regret it the second she did so. I quickly ran downstairs but noticed that my car was gone.

"No!" I screamed into the air.

I couldn't let Alison kill Chloe.
