Her head was spinning. What was the princess talking about? How did she know how every guard came to work there. Surely that would have spread among the people, yet the guard looked shocked, and slightly sad. After a few seconds of the princess staring at the guard she turned around and grabbed my hand. I quickly stood up and we slipped past the guard who still looked shocked. He yelled as we started running down the hallway and soon enough we heard footsteps beating down the hallway. The princess hand was knocked out of my hand as the guard pulled her away from me. She attempted to get out of his grasp but he was to strong. "Look, I'm coming with you." He hissed at her. She quickly stopped struggling. "But you can't run off like that." He said while letting her go. It all was such a blur, but sometime soon they were heading out through a side door and slipping into the cold, bitter, winter air.
