Chapter 13: Three Bad guys? One Alive and Two Dead! Just another Monday!

A shadow sat alone under a willow tree. Waiting for the world to wake. The moon shined in the open sky with thousands of stars for company. "Mom?" The shadow moved. The glistening light shone on a calm ghostly face. A smile spread across her face. Her golden locks shined brighter than the stars. "Hello, my little bumblebee." Rachel ran towards her mother. Soft hands wrapped around Rachel's shoulders. Rachel squeezed her mother as if she let go she would disappear in front of her. The smell of Lavender and soap surrounded them . She felt the soft touch of her mom's hands stroke her head. " My baby girl, My baby girl, My baby girl" Her mother whispers repeatedly.

"Mom, I miss you so much!" Rachel cried. Tears of joy poured from her eyes. She couldn't believe it! Her mother was back, her was alive, embracing her like she never left.

"My daughter, you need to help... I don't have much time... remember the game... don't let them deserve you." Her mother warned. She released Rachel and slowly moved away. Rachel stared at her mother in confusion. What is she talking about?

"Mom what are you saying? Why are you leaving ? Don't leave me, you just got back! What game?" Rachel shouted to her mother who was fading behind a sudden mist.

"Don't let them deceive you. always remember the game!" Her mother warned, vanishing completely into the mist.

Rachel awake with a start. Her heart thudded in her chest. She glanced at her clock . it read : 6:00 am. She groaned. The weekend had come and gone. Five days till the constructors destroy the house that holds Adam and his family. Rachel rolled out of the bed and got changed into her clothes.

"Good morning, you were quiet last night, look I been thinking, that maybe I was wrong, I know that usually parents don't apologize but I have been talking to Vanessa and she told me that her mother died when she was young too and her father dated afterwards, she had to abjust like you do so I wont punish you for your feelings." her father said matter-of -factually.

thanks, dad I love your concern to my feelings, Rachel thoguht but said, "Dad, I don't care, date her. I saw the way you look at her ,ok! Now I going to school unless you have something else to say?" Rachel replied.

"No that's it, see you after school," He remarked. He opened the paper and drove right in. Rachel grabbed her bag, kissed her father's cheek and leave for school.

"Hey, Rachel," Jason said. "How are you?"

"Fine, you?" Rachel replied.

"Ok, sis is annoy, back together with my girlfriend," Jason replied.

"Oh," Rachel said. It hurt that he would get back together with that snake. But snakes date snakes,don't they?!

"Yeah, she apologized and wants to make amens ," Jason informed.

"Thanks,but tell her to shove it," Rachel said.

He nodded and drop it. "Did you see that show about a women who could see ghost?" I shake my head," well, she is supposedly able to speak to ghost and cross them over to where every they go, I think it's a load of nonsense. What do you think?"

Rachel shrugged. She bundles her coat closer to her chest. It may be May but its any thing but warm sunny weather. A calm cold wind pricks Rachel's nose. Why did Jason have to talk about the one thing that couldn't leave her mind ? Could she trust Jason with the secret that she can speak to ghost? Never, he would only laugh at her.

"Rachel! " Lilly shouted. A gust of carbon comes out of Lilly's lip in a grey mist . 'Wait up," Rachel stood waiting for her friend , "Did you hear?" Lilly exhilarated. Why is she so excited about Jason and Maya getting back together. I feel like I wanna die and I just met him. Maya deserves him. He is as low as her .
