Chapter 8

Sungjin's POV

I ran out after Younghyun and Sowoon. I stopped and hid behind the wall seeing Younghyun holding Sowoon's wrist. And the next thing I knew, I felt something on my cheek. I looked up the sky but it wasnt raining, and my vision was getting blurry... that was when I realized, it was my tears rolling down my cheeks. I was crying. I turned back and started making my way home.

I laid down on my bed and cried my heart out. Why am I feeling this way? Why does it seem to hurt? My heart ached at the thought of the scene earlier, Younghyun hugging Sowoon. Maybe if I ran after Sowoon first, I would be the one hugging her right now, isn't it? I thought. I cried myself to sleep but woke up shortly after, checking my phone as it beeped.

10.04 오후

Jaehyung Sungjin-ah, are you home?
Youngweol Oppa? You forgotten your bag.
Dowoon Hyung! Your bag is with noona! ^_<
Younghyun Sungjin-ah, did something happen?

I locked my phone screen but it lit up again. I sat up on my bed and checked my phone again, feeling a little annoyed by now. Messages and 15 missed calls from Sowoon.

I took my keys and phone and left my house, making my way to meet Sowoon at the park.

Sowoon's POV

I sat down on the bench, placing Sungjin's bag beside me. I hope he's fine! I thought after texting Sungjin. I checked my watch, 10 minutes had passed.

"Oh?" I stood up and turned, seeing Sungjin. I gasped when I saw him. "Sungjin-ah! Are you okay?! Are you hurt somewhere?" I walked up to him, holding his bag. He just stood there not uttering a word. "Sungjin? What happened? Why did you cry? You can talk about it with me. Sungj-" My words were cut off as I widened my eyes in shock. Sungjin gave me a peck on my lips, took his bag from my hand and turned away. "I'm sorry Sowoon. I can't send you home. I've texted Dowoon, he'll be here soon! Wait for him and text me once you're home! Bye!" He said as he made his way home, leaving me alone, dumbfounded. Shortly after, I heard Dowoon from behind me. "Noona! Let's go home!" Dowoon placed his arm on my shoulder and we too, made our way back home.

Days later...

Dowoon's POV

6.52 오전

Jaehyung Dowoon-ah, did you get to ask Sowoon?
MiA Yeah. She wouldnt say a thing when I asked her.

I'll try to ask noona!^^

I kept my phone and continued eating my breakfast. Noona sat opposite me after her share is cooked. "Noona, " she hummed in response, "What happen between you and Sungjin hyung? Is the cafe really busy?" I asked. It's been days since noona and Sungjin hyung went for the arranged dates. And whenever the hyungs suggest to meet at the cafe, Sungjin hyung will not join us. Not just that but noona seemed closer to Younghyun hyung recently. "Uh? Yeah, the cafe's really kinda busy lately. You should know it Dowoon. And as for the other question... I wanna know too." Noona sighed. Maybe I should ask Sungjin hyung. I thought.

RINGGGGGGG

"Hey guys! I'll be going out with Youngweol! See you guys tomorrow!" Younghyun hyung bidded his goodbye with us. I bidded goodbye to the rest of the hyungs and walked home with Sungjin hyung. This is the time to ask I guess. I thought.

"Dowoon-ah, " Sungjin hyung spoke up, "how- how's your noona?", and lowered his head and scratched his nape. "Hyung, why don't you come over to our house? Noona will be home in... 3 hours! You can ask how she is too!" I said as I checked my watch. Before he could answer, I received a call from MiA noona. "Hello noona! What's up?" I dropped my phone and started running towards the other direction.

Sungjin's POV

"Dowoon-ah!" I picked up his phone and ran behind Dowoon. What exactly happened? I've never seen Dowoon ran so fast before! I thought, trying to catch up with Dowoon.
