Chapter 15

(Raven's POV)

"How long you gone be, I wanted to take Neema to the aquarium and wanted you to come with us."

"Not long I'm just going over by Travis crib for a minute, bout what time ya wanted ta go?"

"Um 12 okay? We can meet at tgif and eat lunch together before we go."

"That'll work, I'll see y'all there!"

"Well gimmie kiss and make sure you make that seatbelt click."

He stood there rubbing his eyes once again, while he baby talked with Neema. I decided not to even say nothing this time, he has an appointment in two days we'll just find out why his eyes staying so irritated lately.

"Aight baybeh's I'll see y'all in a few. Luh y'all."

"August make sure yo too cool ass put that seatbelt on now."

"Aye stop cussin in front of my child and I'm is gone click it, chill guh!"

Standing in the door way we watched til he pulled off and down the driveway. Its was going on 9 a.m. and I didn't have nothing else to do. We both had our baths already and ate breakfast so I planned to just lounge around watching cartoons till it was time to get dressed to meet August.

Waking up so early this morning I wasn't surprised me and Neema fell back asleep and when we woke up I picked my phone up to look at the time.. Dam its going on 11:30. Double looking at my phone I realized I had 12 missed calls from August so I dialed him back.

"Hello is this Mrs. Raven Alsina?"

"Yes it is. And who are you?"

"My name is Michelle I'm calling from Atlanta Medical Center, I was trying to reach you on behalf of Mr. August Alsina, He was brought here to our emergency room about 2 hours ago due to a car accident."

"Is he okay?"

"I'm really not supposed to give information of his status via phone, how soon can you get here?"

"I'm leaving as we speak."

"He's in room 12 in the emergency room ask for Michelle when you arrive."

"Thank you!"

I quickly hung up the phone and called Gretta.

"Gretta I need you to get up to the house asap August has been in an accident and I need to get to the hospital."

I hung up and threw my hair up in a pony tail grabbed some jeans and long sleeve plain white shirt and some uggs.

She was still sleeping so I grabbed my keys,charger,phone and bag and headed downstairs passing Gretta on the way down.

"She's on our bed I will call you once I find out some news, thank you."

I said all in one breath rushing out of the house, my thoughts were everywhere wondering what happened and how bad he was . I prayed to God all the way there.

Finally making it,I ran into the hospital I went directly in to the emergency room. Instead of asking for the lady I looked for the room she said he was in instead.

Finding him, I had to take a step back his face was beat up bad and he looked unconscious.

I went to his side grabbing his hands.
