Shoot! It's 7:45, classes starts at 8. Goddamit! Where's Blaire? Why didn't she wake me up? Thousand of questions flew at my head for seconds, then I realized, I still had to shower. I jumped my lazy butt and showered for, like, 2 minutes. I know that sounds like in a flash but I was in a hurry. I didn't even think about Blaire at this moment. Ok, 13 minutes on the clock. I quickly grabbed my bag and- I'm wearing SWEATS today. But I have clothes on my locker though, maybe if I speed up I could still make it. I rushed down and saw Blaire's mom looking all shocked and frightened at me. Is my face really that horrible without make-up? Whatever, I left the room without saying another word, checked my phone. 11 minutes on the clock till it rings. How am I suppose to find something to ride in when the bus already left me? I had no choice but to run. You're gonna be like, "oh, I thought you were a rebel, why are you afraid if being late." Yeah, that's me mimicking your voice. But, here's the thing, I DON'T want to be late!

After running for atleast a minute, my feet started to hurt. Just a sign that I am a horrible person who doesn't exercise daily. Once I realized there was no way I could reached there in the amount of time left, I gave up. It was hopeless. I stopped running and tried to catch my breath, listening to my fast heartbeat. Then, I heard a honk of a car. I looked beside me and saw a matte black car that was so me, I mean, so good to look at. I think I'm inlove! But it keeps honking at me. What's his deal? Then, from his not-so-tinted window I saw him unbuckle his seatbelt. From there, I stood with my eyes wide open. It was Josh? What is he up to now?

"Aren't you suppose to be at school by now?" He plastered a fake smile showing of his perfect set of pearly whites.

"Uh, yeah. I was just running to get there. Ok, bye!" Why did I talk to him? You promised yourself you're not gonna talk to guys outside the school and house. Bad decision. I quickly walked away, avoiding eye contact with him and speed walked.

"Wait!"I stopped. Why did I? I suddenly felt my stomach mush and mix, something I had never felt before. "What if I just give you a ride?"

What! He wants me to ride on his beautifully matte black car? That's so not gonna happen. I mean, why would he do it? I'm just a normal girl, what does he want. Is he up to something? God, what do I do? And, for sure, I'm totally gonna be late. "Why would I? You think I'm gonna ride that sweet car of yours?" I said sarcastically and confidently then started to slowly run.

"Because you're gonna be late if you don't." He's tempting me. Shit! And it's also working, hard. Should I? I mean, it's just once and it wouldn't hurt to go with him. And I also need a quick ride to school, 6 minutes to go. Ugh! I hate to say this but, I am going with him.

"Fine!" I rolled my eyes and he hopped in the car. I walked to his car. "Not even a gentleman." I whispered underneath my breath. He didn't even held the door open for me, but then again, I would still think he will act suspicious when he would hold the door open.

A few minutes after, Josh parked the car nearest to the entrance of the school. He turned off the engine and unlocked the door, I wore my backpack and got off his car. As I was doing so, a bunch if his friends started to crowd Josh's car and proving that Josh was showing off.

"Ooh, sweet ride dude. And chick." One if his friends laughed while hitting another dude's chest. They all laughed real loud making me blush out of embarrassment. Okay, I may look like a complete hobo right now but I promise, once I put on my casual clothes it will make me look, at least, 10 times better.

"Woah dude, stop." Josh held up a hand at one of his friends, "This is my girl," my eyes widened. What did he just say? Or did I just misheard what he said. "My main chick." Ok, it was very clear what I heard. He grabbed my shoulder and pulled me closer to his chest. I quickly pulled myself away from his grip and opened my mouth to say something that would probably ruin his life and reputation in school, but lucky me, he got saved by the school bell. I know, it's not really necessary for me to run to my class but, one, I don't wanna be late, two, maybe he was just messing around.
