Blaire Andrews

I prepared my books, homework and some essentials that I need throughout the day. I said a quick goodbye to my mother and kissed her cheek. I left earlier than her because I need to check the weekly bulletin board for some information and news of the week.

I arrived at Eastwood High and still had 15 minutes to check the bulletin board. I was walking my way there when I notice there was someone was already reading it. It was Angel. I don't know why she's even there to check the bulletin board, she never cares about that.

I just looked down and walked in front of the board. No, I don't want to do this and yes, I want to show her that I'm not afraid of her.I hear some people chuckling and others are being hyper about something while they walk pass me. I raised my head to look at the board and started to read inside my head.

"Baby Blaire?" She called out, turning to me. I can see her mischievous smile on the corner of my eye. "Here for the morning news?"

"Obviously." I rolled my eyes and continued to read with my mouth uttering the words I just said. Still, not looking at her. I heard her snap her finger and I quickly turned all my attention to her.

"You're never gonna get in that party." She turned her heels and walked away. What does she mean by party? Is she hosting another one for the opening of the school? I don't have plans either because I am not a party girl.

The bell rang and people in the hallways started to vanish. I soon ran to my first class meeting Kathy there.

In the middle of the lesson, curiosity almost killed me, I asked Kathy if she knew about the 'party' thing Angel talked about. Maybe she knows.

"Psst." I called out Kathy's attention who was, surprisingly, listening to the discussion.

"What." She responded with a whisper. She managed to respond to me but still, her attention and eyes were on the professor.

"Why is everybody suddenly in a sugar crush and so hyper?" I whispered. Of course she lend me her ears but not her mind.

"Yeah." She said. That was not the answer I was looking for.

"What do you mean by 'yeah'." I mocked her when she said yeah. This time, my voice was clear and some students even glared at me. Just a few.

"I know." Keeping her eyes on the professor and spoke. She is really pissing me off.

"Answer me correctly." My whisper was no longer a whisper, it was an average voice that was heard by every student in the class. Even Kathy turned towards me with a disappointed look written on her face. The professor glared at me, Professor Debree puts his arms on his hips. Of course, I had to get punished for leaning close and talking. Great.

"Miss Andrews, could you explain why you are in such in a close impact with Miss Blanchard? Or are you two up to something?" He said suspiciously.

"Nothing, sir." Well, for my good nerdy skills professor Debree actually let that one slide but left me with a warning.

Close one!

Kathryne Blanchard

Lunch just came by and the hallways were pouring with students. The eerily quiet hallway was then filled with the obnoxious sounds of the highschool laughter. As I got out of the classroom with Blaire beside me, complaining why she got scolded, I was greeted by Matthew's warm noon hug.

"Mom, hey, what's up?" He then let go of the small hug he had given me before anybody assumes we are something and before some kind of news will spread.
