Chapter 15

"Hurry up Kaite! What's taking you so long!?" Brad yelled from downstairs.

I've been upstairs since I've got home. I wanted tonight to be amazing.

"Sorry. Tommy's doing my makeup." I reply.

Tommy used to wear makeup a lot and still does sometimes. So he's doing mine and he's doing a pretty good job. He finally finished and I looked at myself in the mirror. The boys came up stairs.

"You look really pretty." James said.

I smile at him. He held me close. A tear was forming in his eyes. After all I am his sister who's graduating this year.

"I still remember when you were a baby." He said. I chuckled.

I can't believe that I'm graduating. But I'm not going to college. I wanna try to make the most of my singer career. That's all I wanted to do. Sing.

Soon, someone knocked at the door. Tris answered it. It was Adam. I turned to Tommy.

"How do I look?" I ask.

"Amazing." He replied smiling.

I walk downstairs and see Adam in his tuxedo. He smiled when he saw me. I kiss him and smile back at him.

"You look beautiful." He said smiling.

"Thank you."

Everyone in the room smiled. I said goodbye to everyone and we drove to the school.

We got there and found the group outside the school. Everyone looked amazing. We all head inside and the first song we hear come on is Watch Me (Whip Nae/Nae) which was very popular last year and apparently still is. Everyone was in a dancing mood. Adam busted a few moves. He's just as good as Terrence.

About an hour past and the room was getting heated up. People were dancing, kissing, making out, and I'm pretty sure one couple's having sex in the hallway. Adam and I were talking while everyone was doing there thing. Soon, one of my favorite songs came on. It was All I Ever Need by Austin Mahone. I grabbed him by the shoulders and he grabbed me by the waist and we stared dancing.

This song was just so amazing. I love the lyrics to this song because this song is beautiful.

"You know I told the DJ to play this song right?" He asked while we were dancing.

"You did?" I asked surprised.

He nodded. He pulled me in close.

"I listened to this song a couple of days ago. And I really love the lyrics to this song. Reminds me of you." He said smiling.

I was smiling ear to ear at this point.

"I love every single part about you. You have your ups and downs but you're beautiful in every single way. Words can not describe how much I love you." 

I had a tear running down my cheek. He wiped it off still smiling.

I leaned in and kissed him. It got more passionate by the second. We pulled away for air.

"I love you." He whispered.

"I love you too." I reply.

And that's when the song ended.

We headed back over to everyone. Shannon was on Devan's back. Imagine that. We all just stood around talking for a little bit longer before it was almost time to go, which I really didn't want to. Tonight's been so fun.

Before we knew it, prom was over. I bite the bottom of my lip and take Adam's hand into mine as we head out.

"Tonight's not over for us." He said smirking.

"What are you talking about?" I ask.

What did he mean? What else is there left?

We got in there car and drove off. Before I knew it, I was at his house.

"Why are we at your house?" I asked.

He smiled at me as if he was planning this the whole time.

"Well, you're staying over at my house and you're gonna have fun" He replied.

I smile back and we got out of the car.

We walked inside. I was expecting to see Tommy, but he's not here.

"Where's Tommy?" I asked.

Before anything else happened, someone sprayed me with a water gun. I look up and see Tommy, and Terrence standing in front of me.

"Oh, you wanna play that game I see." I say to them.

I pick one up, made sure it was loaded, and spayed them both. Adam was the next one to spay me, so I spray him back. Suddenly, Brad, Tris, and James came out and sprayed me as well. I had no idea they were over. All of the boys ganged up on me and spayed me until I was soaked. And when their water guns ran out, I sprayed them all until they were soaked. I smirked at all of them.

"That's payback." I said.

We all laughed.

I didn't even realized it was almost midnight. Everyone headed to their rooms. Adam and I went to his room. I got changed from my dress to my pajamas.

"Your bra fits nice on you." Adam said smirking.

I roll my eyes playfully at him and hop into bed. Adam held me by my waist as we both lie on the bed.

"Tonight was amazing." I say.

"I know right?" Adam replied smiling.

He kissed my forehead and laid his head on the pillow. He fell asleep straight away, and then I did.

Tonight was one of my first official dance's. I couldn't go to last year's prom because of Bo. It would've been embarrassing anyway. But I'm glad I went this year. I'm glad I had fun. I'm glad I found my boyfriend.
