Law was walking towards the police offices when he saw Chase. He saw a heartbroken man siting in front of him staring at the wall. He had been so harsh to him thinking that Chase was the one using Madeline but actuality it was the other way around.

When he found out they were dating he had flipped. He wanted to rip Chase apart. No man would ever be good enough for her in his eyes. Chase had always been a goody-too shoes. He had plenty of money but he wanted to be an Agent. He couldn't figure out why? If he had that kind of money it would be no way he would be stuck in this job.

Chase was a good agent. Although he would never admit it, but if it wasn't for Chase's contacts he would be in the Middle East still working his last case.

Chase turned in his direction. Their eyes met. Law saw the sadness in them. Chase really did love that woman. He didn't know what he would have done if he was in Chase's shoes. Linda was his heart and soul and if anything would have happened to her or their kids, he would go crazy. It had already been a week and he was already missing them.

Law walked into the office and took a seat in front of Chase. The silence was so thick you could cut it with a knife.

"I'm sorry for my behavior towards you Law. It was very unprofessional. If I had a sister, I would try to protect her too. So I can't blame you for trying  to fight for her freedom."

Chase looked at Law.

"I really did fall in love with her when we were together. She called it quits and I thought it was because you didn't want us together, but I was wrong because she married Emilio." Chase rubbed his hand through his hair.

"But now the little love I had for her is completely gone. When she left me, I will admit it hurt like hell. Hell, she was gorgeous, smart and she knew the kind of life we lived. She was the perfect package. Then I found Sasha by accident." Chase smiled.

"What do you mean you found her by accident?"

"She has a twin sister, Tasha. Tasha didn't want to go out with me so she sent Sasha in her place. When I got to the restaurant early I saw who I thought was Tasha at the bar. It wasn't until I sat down next to her that I realized that it wasn't her. We talked for a little while until she admitted she was there in her sister's place to so call 'break up with me.' I put two and two together and it turned out to be me. I was mad at Tasha at first for not being woman enough to say she didn't want to go out with me anymore, but then I realized she did me a favor." Chase drank the last of his coffee.

"I'm jealous of you Law."

Law hunched his eyebrows at Chase. "Why is that?"

"Because I see the way you and Linda look at each other. I can see the love that you both have for each other and that's the kind of love I want. I thought I might have had it with Madeline, but I actually feel it when I'm with Sasha. Too bad, now I might not ever get a chance to experience it again."

Law rubbed his hand across his face. Chase was jealous of him. No way? Looking at Chase he couldn't hold out anymore, so he reached into his pocket and pulled out a voice recorder.

"Here is the evidence you need to bring down Maddy, Emilio, Vegas and Santos. She confessed and she didn't know I was recording her. She talks about the details from the beginning to end and why they kidnapped Sasha. The two unfortunate things is that I lost a sister today and she doesn't know where Sasha is."

Chase looked at him as Allen came rushing into the office. Both Chase and Law looked up at Allen.

"What is it?" Chase said turning his full attention to Allen.

"A friend of mine owns a rug shop in Mérida.  He left a message on my cellphone pertaining to Sasha. He said that Santo's maid came in the shop with note that said Sasha was been held against her will. Michael said that it must have been Sasha's handwriting because the maid didn't know how to read English."

"When did you you get this call?" Chase asked with a spark of hope in his voice.

"About two hours ago."

"Allen round up everyone, we are headed to Mérida."

"I want to help. I know Portuguese and I can be of assistance," Law said pleading with his eyes.

"I would be honored," Chase said as they ran out the door.
