Two Weeks Later...
Chase, Allen, Tim and Charlie stepped onto the plane headed back to Rio. It had been two weeks since he left Sasha in the hospital. It scared him to death to see her lying there in that hospital room with no knowledge of losing their unborn child and she at death's door.
When he first brought Sasha into the hospital, there was team of doctors and nurses waiting on the helicopter pad. They had rolled her into the emergency room as they performed emergency surgery, that's when he found out she had been pregnant. The doctors had place her in a persistent vegetative state until Tasha's friend the general surgeon came. He had repaired a lot of the major organs so blood flow could flow easily in her body. Her body was only days away from shutting down leaving the inevitable. When he carried her out of the house, she was so frail that he was scared that she would just slide out of his arms.
He had kept the faith that she was going to be okay, but her prognosis wasn't looking so good. As he talked with Samantha about his life she had comforted him. He told her how much he loved Sasha and the plans for the future. She agreed that he and Sasha would work through the pain and recapture their lives and love again.
The doctor told him that Sasha was about six weeks pregnant when she had miscarried, his heart ached. He hated that he would never be able to hold them or play catch or attend dance recitals, but the ugliest part of all was that they may never be able to share that joy. He had so much angrier towards Maddy, Emilio and Alexjandro that he punched a hole in the hospital wall. He thought of Sasha being kidnapped and not able to be there for her when she really needed him the most had made him rethink what his priorities were.
The night he left had been a blur. He actually thought she was going to die. Something in him just clicked and all he wanted to do was seek revenge. He had made some phone calls and with plenty of cash, everyone and everything could be bought.
When he made it to the private airstrip, his crew was waiting for him. They knew him too well. As he got out the car and headed to the tarmac, the only thing they all said was,"we got you." No other words were spoken and for the last two weeks havoc had been wrecked on everyone that was involved.
Now he sat back thinking about the call, that Tasha made to him that night Sasha awaken. After he got the call, he wanted to make sure that anyone that fucked with his, would know the repercussions. They all sat back and tried to relax. The things they did, would bond them for the rest of their lives.
Chase looked around to see his brothers sitting around and resting. It had been two long weeks of hell and for anyone who ever saw the movie, Hostel, revenge was sweet.
Allen was on his phone, no doubt looking at legal strategies. He was ready to leave the bureau and settle down. Chase always knew he wanted to be an attorney, so he offered his services and Allen accepted. As soon as they got back to the Big Easy, he would be enrolling.
Tim was a computer genius. He had been working for the FBI for the past eight years. He sat there and played games on his pad laughing at killing whatever he was playing. He was always looking at simulations and was good at giving them the possible solutions.
Then there was Charlie. The jokester and the oldest of the group. He had taken Chase under his wing when he first started. He had taught him so much. When Chase needed him, he was always there. They had a lot in common. His pregnant wife had been gunned down as a revenge shooting because of one of his cases. He was there to help Chase focus so Chase's revenge also became Charlie's revenge.
They had been from Brazil, to Miami, to Spain wrecking havoc. Let's just say, everyone that ever touched Sasha or knew what was going on, had been tried, found guilty and punished to the fullest extent of the law; Chase Denson's law. He had even scared himself a few times.
