I know Summer is not here yet. But it is coming up fast so I decided to give you some tips about how to stay healthy and safe during summer. I hope you enjoy💜

🌞 Avoid sun exposure during sun peak hours(10 AM-6 PM)

🌞On sunny and cloudy days wear sunscreen with SPF 15 or greater to protect against UVA and UVB rays.

🌞Wear clothing that is light colored and light weight

🌞Always wear bug spray. Getting bit may cause diseases like the West Nile Virus and Lyme disease.

🌞 Stay cool and hydrated. Try to drink at least 4 cups of water everyday.

🌞Learn CPR. I know it sounds silly but it could save someone's life someday.

🌞 Need to soothe a sunburn? Freeze Aloe Vera ice cubes. This cools down the burn and relives it

🌞 To get healthy glowing skin you need get ingredients that have vitamins A and C in them. Broccoli and Sweet Potatoes are good examples.

🌞Have chapped, dry lips? Look for glosses and lip balms that have ingredients like beeswax and Shea butter. This will leave your lips looking smooth and moisturized.

🌞Avoid powdering your face to hide sweat. Instead carry around oil blotting blemishes.

🌞 Spray lemon juice on your clothes before washing them to lift away sweat stains.

🌞Use raw potato to fix puffy eyes

🌞Apply a mixture of coconut oil, lemon juice, water and salt before going to the beach to create natural highlights.

🌞Use a t-shirt to dry your hair for no frizz hair

🌞To keep yourself cool using mint lotion. It will keep your skin feeling tingly and feeling cooler.

🌞Keep it wet. Before going into the ocean or the pool, wet your hair. This saturates the cuticle with water so that less chemicals can enter and damage the integrity of the
hair.

🌞Keep money in an empty Chapstick or marker to keep it safe and hidden
