CHAPTER 11 : First kiss

It was 9 am and he was already late. He'd had to go to the club room or it would be taken by someone else. The capable which she had had made on him had a great impact. His believe that she wasn't all right and later the fact that she was happy and that she didn't loose herself on her journey made him happy.

Scott reached the room and curse the devil, she was there.

Nora looked so beautiful when she was standing there thinking of something. She looked so mature and pretty. She was staring at the guitar that Scott played with that time.

"I never knew that I would meet you here again." Scott , Nora's childhood friend disturbed her thinking about a certain someone.

"Neither did I." Nora said with a smile on her face.

She was surprised to see him after a long time. But she wanted to keep herself cool.

" I thought that after all that challenge, you would want to join the club. I have given you my full permission right? " Scott told with a wide grin on his face . He looked glad that she had come,they get to talk....

Nora looked at him with a smile and it later turned into a disappointment as she turned towards the guitar.

Nora touched the guitar , which was hanging on the wall.
She lifted her hand and brushed the strings with her fingers. Just one touch and she was reminiscing about her Dad and all the fun she would have if he was here.

"You know I really do miss your smiles, in those days." Scott told her in a low soft voice. He knew what she was thinking about.....at the least that's what he thinks he knows..but Hon.
He knew, he thought, and that was exactly the reason why....he decided to stop.

"Those days there was someone to make me happy. I didn't have to worry about anything in the world. As long as I had myself, Noel and dad....it was perfectly fine. But now I don't have any security. Things that I thought would stay for ever started to disappear. All the feelings that I had been experiencing .....was so beautiful and exiting. I always had something to look forward to. All the time there was this feeling and urge to go back home. Like, like....."

"..like someone is waiting for you in home." Scott told with an understanding.

He took the guitar from the wall and went to a lone chair in the room a little near to the keyboard and sat there. He had a cute grin on his face. The expression made her once know that he was up to something.

"Hope ...you remember this..." Scott said and started playing a very familiar tune.

It was so in the past that it took time to remember. But she had never forgotten it. then she remembered. It was at that time, when dad , Mom and Noel came to the a school for the anniversary. I and my friends had a great time. Dad and Mom. Noel.... All were smiling together.

Those times were so happy.

Nora began to smile. She almost forgot about all the fact that she was alone. Those memories for some moments made her escape from the true and hard reality. The fact that she lost them. The fact that she can't always smile the way she used to. Cause things weren't the same anymore. All the promises she made to herself and to her father. One of the important promises she made to herself was that she wouldn't go behind a fake fantasy called love and all that. But now things seem more different.

She fell in love but can't accept it. Deep inside Nora does know..but to cheat herself and denying herself, her mind, it's possible to force her to make her believe that she is not in love. But a person's heart never goes wrong. This one thing she can't accept. Her body moves sometimes not on her account. The heat she feels when Dan is near. All the feelings that she wants to hide. Hope he never, ever knows.
