Chapter 21: The new Job

The morning light shone on her face, making her face look like an angel and the strands of her hair on her face had a light brownish colour.
She looked beautiful.
The sheets were over her body till her chest. Today she slept straight, with her fingers curled like a baby and her legs turned together to one side and her head at the same direction.

Dan saw her and took the strand of her hair and moved it behind her ear, which was troubling her. He gazed at her face and was smiling back at himself.

His watch beeped and when he looked at it, it was Ren. Since its the holidays till the next few more weeks, he is going to be more busy.

Hearing the beeper sounds Nora turned her head and opened her eyes, and turned it into slights, the light was bright.
"Hey beautiful, Good morning! " He whispered close to her.
The voice was husky and it tingled in her ears. It gave a morning soothing feeling along with the sunlight through the creme colored curtains.
She smiled at the greetings and stretched her hands up,
" Goodmorning. " she returned the greeting back.
Soon she raised her eyes and found her official boyfriend in front of her she got her shocks and even cold water poured upon her body, just after waking up from the warm bed.
Things weren't the same, the room was different, the smell of the room was different as well. The entire habitat turned her mind upside down. Everything around her wasn't familiar, except for the person right in front of her, Dan. He must have done it, only he has the power and mind to do such a thing which doesn't make the slightest sense. The only thing she could do now was to rebel at everything he say.

" What the hell? Good morning? What the hell are you doing over here. Where the hell is my room. Why the hell am I even here... "
Nora was going on, by the time he got up from his leaning position and walked towards the windows.

" To many 'hells' on the beginning of the day?... Now I will come to the point. Last night after you were proclaimed to the world as my girlfriend. Changes had been happening. The Jacques family was known only for one child and his father and that is Nicole and James. The father and son has already moved their chess pieces before me, now it was time to make mine and I did. After 1 week of your arrival it was planned to take away, all the assets which legally belonged to me. Well it is pure cheating, cause he had no idea I was going to do it, but I had no choice. So half of my dad's estates are on my hands. And my brother will inherit the rest.
The Jacques family, till the moment you came around wanted my
'secret help' . The help, only I can offer. Because of my ways of business the Jacques family will be known around the world. My brother is a talented business man, but he wasn't that talented, so things were taken into my hand.
I had been hidden, since the day I was born, and now for the past so many years the world knows the exsistance of a person like me.
Now, you are a part, You are my girlfriend, so your jobs will be changed from a personal maid to an official staff. You are supposed to pay of your debts, with the job of an official staff. Now what does an official staff do? Well mainly protect. Like how Ren does. He is my secretary and my personal bodyguard. You are my personal official staff, that is you have control over all the maids in the mansion, and you have the right to check into my daily reports and do the rearranging of my things to do. Since you are my girlfriend, you should know that I would have  sexual attractions towards you. Last part is that, this is your room, from today onwards, and your maids have already arranged, everything for you. And you will have a personal maid from now on and she will see you at say.. 10...", Dan was saying so many things. And too fast to. My mind didn't keep up.
He was moving away the curtains to the sides and he looked at the watch to finish finding out the time.
He rarely even looked at Nora for an opinion.
"... you can ask more details to Ren....And your job will start after a month. I am looking forward.. "

By the time he finished with the weird smirk at the end, she ran out of her bed and to him who was tying the threads up, of the windows to let better sunlight in. The moment he turned to her, she was already in front of him. He looked surprised and smiled at her.
