Emily's POV:
It was going to be Caleb's birthday next month so I had to think of a perfect gift for him. I decided to do some extra chores around the house to earn some more money. I was thinking about getting Caleb a pitch back thingy for him. He has been talking about getting one for ever. They are only about $80 and at the moment from my birthday money and chores I have $70.25. I was thinking of what else I could do to get some more money when I heard a know in my bedroom door.
"Come in!" I yelled.
It was Caleb.
"What are you doing here? Are you here to see Chris?"
"No I came to see you Emily!" Caleb said.
"Oh really? What do you want to do then?"
"Do you want to play baseball?" He asked.
"Sure, but I suck at it." I responded.
We play baseball for about an hour until my mom said dinner was ready.
"Do you want to have dinner with us Caleb?" I asked.
"If it's not to much a bother. I'd love to!"
After dinner it was time for Caleb to go home. We hugged again and then he left. I love how he has started to hug me every time he leaves now. It makes me so happy. Next week after I finish my chores I'm going to go get his pitch back.
So should I post another chapter today? Idk if you guys would like that or not.... But it would be a longer chapter then my last 2 😂
