Personality: Rowan is not friendly. At age 12 he's already decided that he hates the world and just about everyone in it, especially his dad.
Appearance: Tall, stocky, dark brown hair, and eyes so dark that they look black.
Strengths: Has no problem with killing other tributes, he hates them anyways.
Choice of Weapon/Weapons: A club or a mace.
Family Background: Rowan's mom grew deathly ill two years ago and his dad spent all of their money trying to save her. His family went so far into debt that Rowan had to take twice as much tesserae as he should have just to support his family of 5 (his dad, his mom, himself, and his two little sisters Jaya and Lila) causing him to have his name in 11 times. His mom died a month before the reaping.
Tokens: His mom gave him a necklace with an eagle's feather on it.
