Chapter 27 || Sinking and Hot Flirts
P E R R I E
'Living' with Zayn didn't really feel like it was actually happening since I didn't really spend a full 24 hours with him. Normally I'd wake up with him, or maybe we'd be in the middle of an adventure and then it would slowly come to an end.
Today I woke up to find him doing some important work on his latop.
"Good morning, mister" I smiled, peering down at him, "What are you doing?"
The sun was up and we could both hear the sweet singing of birds and the jaunty tune of an ice cream van nearby.
"I need to just book a boat because I want to take you across to the other island" he explained, keeping his eyes glued to the screen.
I raised an eyebrow, "Is there some secret castle on the other side again?"
"No" He rolled his eyes, "Even better than that. I've been wanting to take you there for so long but it keeps slipping my mind. And now that I remember it, this damn laptop begins to play up"
"It's Okay, you don't have to rush" I reassured, "We can go some other day"
Zayn pouted and groaned, "But I want to take you there todaaaayyyy"
"Where are you taking me anyway?"
"Secret"
"Ok, I'll wait here until you fix your laptop. Need any help?"
Zayn paused whilst lifting a finger up, beginning to rapidly type something into the laptop, "Got a solution, hold on"
So I sat there and waited for a few minutes, playing with the ends of my beach blonde coloured hair.
When he was finished, he came up to me with an excited grin on his face, "We're booked! C'mon, let's leave whilst the weather is still perfect"
I made a straight dash to one of his rooms, and I found a suitcase which looked exactly like one I had in real life. I shrugged, unzipping it and pulling out the first two pieces of clothing I saw which just so happened to be a grey tank top and some white skinny leggings.
After putting them on, I made my way to the bathroom and freshened up. I added a few extra strokes of mascara to my lashes, and left the bathroom after applying a quick slick of my signature nude lipstick.
Zayn wolf whistled as I slipped my boots on but I just ignored him, walking out into the bright sun. He followed behind, locking the door and holding onto my hand.
"The boat yard is just five minutes away" He explained, walking down the pathway. After a few minutes, the bright blue sea came into view. I gawked at it's beauty, whilst making sure not to slip and fall into the water.
A few boats were lined up at the side of the dock, each one coloured brightly. Zayn increased his pace and I could already tell he couldn't contain his excitement.
He led me over to a big white boat and it didn't take me long to notice the name 'Majesty' engraved into the side of it.
"Let's hurry whilst the sun is still up. It's been raining alot lately and I doubt this boat is capable of turning into a submarine" He joked, climbing onto the boat.
"Your scaring me" I bit my lip, looking up at him from the ground, "Should we go?"
"No shit" He rolled his eyes, "Come on Pezza, hop in now!"
I huffed, grabbing onto his hand as he hoisted me onto the boat. Out of fear I immediatley sat down into the seat and held onto the arm rest tightly.
