Assalaamu alaykum wa rahmatullahi wa barakatuhu my dear brothers and sisters. How are y'all?
This chapter is dedicated to iqrawrites. Sorry, I don't know how to do proper dedications. May Allah bless you and your family with all that can make you content and may you forever be loved by the one who truly Loves. Ameen.
--------------Just look around you. How many Muslims are there around the world? How many of them are your brothers and sisters? The answer to that is ALL of them. Race has no influence, nor does wealth or family status. Yes, even that gangster boy who may seem misled is your brother too. He may not act like it or seem like it but he definitely is. May Allah guide us all. You never know. He might become the next sheikh in your masjid. He may be bad in your eyes but in Allahs eyes, which is the one that REALLY matters the most, he may be a righteous one. He may be doing haram stuff now but trust me, his sincere repentance will still be accepted. And he can go ask Allah and Allah will shower His mercy, blessings and love upon him. But you, the one who judged him and sometimes wrongly, must go and ask him for forgiveness. Which is easier? Asking the most merciful, or the creation which has a limited amount of mercy!
As a Muslim we have rights upon one another. And reminding each other of Allah is a big responsibility and one that we must fulfill. Next time you meet someone who isn't practising don't be so quick to judge them. We're all struggling in our own ways. Don't be quick to think negatively about them. The prophet (may peace and blessings be upon him) taught us to make excuses for our brothers and sisters. Just cause they didn't give you a reason doesn't mean you should instantly look down at them. Make Du'a for them and tell them as gently as possible about their wrongdoings. Promise them that you will stick by them if they come to you asking for help. Don't turn them down. Subhannallah, since when did we become such heartless creatures? Ya Allah, do not take the mercy and love between the ummah away from us.
Muslims are like one body. If the head hurts then the whole body is suffering too. Don't forget to make Du'a for all those struggling. To all those in poverty, war, hunger and starvation. Don't forget to utter words of gratitude to the Lord who blessed you with all that you have. Don't compare yourself to those with more wealth and fame. Compare yourself to those with more deen and knowledge. And not just any knowledge...useful knowledge that will benefit both your akhirah and this Dunya.
I ask Allah to help all those who are suffering. May the provider of all provisions bless us not with materialistic things but with a reward far greater than one can imagine. May He always give us the ability to change for the greater good.
-----------Sorry about this mini rant. I've had enough of people judging others. It's not fair. Who gives you the right to judge when we'll all be standing in front of a judge? And we all judge wrongly but Allah is the utterly just one (Al-Adl). Don't you fear Him, the one who knows of your secrets and what you reveal?!
