KIM'S POV

Ishizu Ishtar. I read the girl's name on the visit card. That name sounds familiar to me, but I don't know where I heard it. I want to find out more. ' That girl looks just like Isis,' Akhesa said. ' Who?' I asked. ' Oh, nothing, I was just thinking...' Akhesa made up an excuse. I had a feeling that she hides something from me, but I didn't want to get into a fight because of that. We came home finaly. I started to think about the Battle City Tournament. I think it will be fun. But much fun would be because my squad is going to be there. It was said that the main prize is - money. But I don't care about that. It's important that we are part of happening and that we stick together. But the Tournament is so far, though. I need to pass the final test. If I do good I can go.

*Timeskip - The next day*

I got an invitation for a dance contest. I already had the picture of it in my head. ' So what's your idea, Kim? ' Yugi asked me while we were walking to school. ' I can't tell you, ' I said. ' It's a secret. ' ' Come on, Kimmie!' Joey said. ' Tell us!' ' No, not a chance,' I continued. ' You'll see when you come there.' ' No, Kim, you've really gone too far!' Joey said. ' Okay, okay! ' I replied. ' I'll tell you. My idea for dance contest is Egyptian style.' ' That sounds nice, Kim! ' Yugi smiled. ' We'll come to watch you. ' ' Thanks, Yugi,' I replied, also with a smile. ' Yeah, but Kim,' Joey started. ' Haven't you had enough of the egyptian history?'
' Nope,' I replied. ' You know, when you're interested in something, it's hard to leave it. I've never had enough of the egyptian history and that will never happen. To hear me saying that I've had enough of something...? Pffttt.' I laughed. ' I think Joey is right,' Yugi said. ' You're too obsessed with Egypt. Is there something we don't know?' Yugi seemed worried. I stood stunned. What should I tell? ' No, there's not anything,' I said finally. ' Everything's okay.' ' Okay, ' Joey said. ' If you say so.'

YUGI'S POV

I am worried about Kim. She had never been so worried. I wonder why she suddenly changed the mood. As she's hiding something from us. Something that we shouldn't know. Or something she doesn't want us to know? ' This is because she misses her childhood in Egypt,' Tea said when Kim was not around. ' Really?' Joey asked. ' I mean, she never talked about it in front of us.' ' Listen,' Tea continued. ' Expressly she told me not to tell anyone about it. But I thought that it is necessary that you know about it.' ' Okay,' Tristan said. ' Get to the point, Tea.' Tea leaned forward. ' She had a friend there,' Tea said quietly. ' Okay?' Joey said as if it was something he already knows. ' And this is new?' ' Joey!' Tea screamed quietly. ' I'm not finished yet! She was, let's say so... emotionally attached to him.' ' Him?!' Tristan and Joey were stunned. ' Let's face it, what was he? Her kindergarten sympathy or...?' I asked. ' No, she met him on the street,' Tea continued. ' He came from the suburbs, I think. And by the way, Kim never went to kindergarten. Where did you hear that?' ' Nothing,' I said. ' From nowhere.' ' Okay, let me finish the story,' Tea continued. ' However, they have spent so much time together that they have even sworn with blood that they will stay friends forever. ' You're kidding us, right Tea?' Joey asked. ' No, I'm not!' Tea shouted. ' And don't you dare blow out anything to Kim.' ' Okay, okay,' Joey said. 'Calm down.'

*Later*

That's weird. Kim never told us about this. ' Maybe she thought she would feel less worthy,' I said to myself. ' Or maybe she didn't want to bother us with that.' I feel bad for Kim. She was always happy and she wasn't worried about anything. Now it's like she's running away from something. What happened to her? We've always been there for her and she's always been there for us. ' Hi, Yugi,' I suddenly heard Kim's voice behind me. ' Oh, hi, Kim,' I replied. ' What's up?' she continued. ' You look sad. Somehow.' ' What? No,' I chuckled. ' Weather is kind of lousy, so yes.' ' Oh, okay,' Kim said. 'Actually, yes, ' I continued. ' There is something. Errr, it's about your Millenium crown. What exactly this crown means? I mean, what's the point of it? ' ' Well,' Kim started. ' I found out more about it yesterday. In the Museum. The Millenium crown means wisdom and intuition.' ' Oh, nice,' I said. ' But how do you know that?' ' Ummm,' Kim stuttered. ' This girl told me about the crown.' When she said that, she pulled something from her sleeve. ' This girl,' Kim continued and gave me the paper. ' Ishizu Ishtar,' I read. ' Who is that?' ' I don't know, when I was examining something at the wall, some rock with hieroglyphics on it,' Kim started. ' She just approached to me, probably works there, I don't know. And, I decided to tell me something more about the crown. And my spirit, I mean... The crown's spirit was out the whole time. I don't know how it was normal to Ishizu.' ' And you knew your spirit was out of the crown?' I asked her raising my eyebrows. ' Well, yes,' Kim said.' Akhesa wanted to see the whole Domino.' ' Who is Akhesa?' I asked her. The division of roles in her story wasn't all clear to me. ' That's the name of my spirit, Yugi,' Kim said. ' Oh, yes,' I realized. ' Errr, was your spirit ever worried about it's past? ' ' What do you mean by that? ' Kim asked me. ' Well,' I started. ' If she ever found something about her past, I don't know... If she finds something about her biological parents, or the greatest trauma from the past...' ' Oh, that,' Kim said. ' Well she never talks about this. She lives like a normal person. She thinks the life is beautiful. ' ' Really?' I asked. It's weird that a 5 000 year old spirit of a girl still lives a normal life. Maybe I should ask Pharaoh. ' Nevermind,' I said and waved my hand. ' Anyway, when is your dance contest?' ' Tomorrow at 8 PM,' Kim replied with a smile. ' I didn't ask Tea, is she going to dance to? ' I asked and blushed a little. ' Yugi!' Kim giggled. ' I see you're thinking of Tea last few days. Have you fell in love with her? ' ' Oh, no, but,' I started. ' Okay, maybe I like her a little.' ' Yes!' Kim jumped. ' I knew it!' She was giggling like a little child. ' No, she is not going to dance. She is not in my dance group,' Kim finaly said. ' I persuaded her few times to go to the dance class with me, but I think she is ashamed of her talent. I saw her dancing. I think it's amazing! Her dance moves are fantastic. ' Then Kim gasped. ' I have a brilliant idea! ' ' What is it, Kim?' I asked her. ' Invite her out on a date!' she said. ' WHAT!!?? ' I shouted. Kim gone mad! ' You're kidding me, right? ' ' Come on, it's a perfect idea!' Kim said. ' Invite her to a date. I came up with an interesting schedule - meet with her tomorrow at 10 AM, at Domino station. Take her to shake shop. This is her favorite place. The shake is delicious there. Ok, anyway - after that, take her to... I don't know... To the Museum or somewhere. And as the cherry on the top, come to the dance contest at 8 AM. Sounds great, huh?' ' Kim, it's perfect! That's the best idea ever!' I said. ' Thanks, ' Kim replied with a smile. ' Gotta run home, see you tomorrow!' ' See you, Kim, ' I waved to her.

*Tomorrow*

MARIK'S POV

She couldn't think a better thing than that. She is going to dance. And she also invited the Pharaoh there. Perfect! Very wise, Kim. Very wise. I will take this chance and steal their Millenium items. They will not know what to do and they will think the only solution is dueling. But no one can outsmart me, Marik Ishtar. They will suffer in the Shadow realm forever! They will suffer in the Shadow realm forever! Their Millenium items and Slifer the Skydragon will be mine forever. And I will be the most powerful human being on Earth! Also, I must find Seto Kaiba. He is the owner of the Obelisk the Tormentor. It will be hard to duel against him, he is a tough nut to crack. But with the help of my Millenium rod it will be easy to break him.

KIM'S POV

For few minutes we're going up on the stage. I am so excited. And I hope Yugi and Tea will like it. The crowd is coming. To heighten the experience, I had to put the Millenium crown on my head, says my dance teacher. Man, I have such stage fright that it is not normal! Oh, geez! It's time to go up. Well, it's too late to give up. Keep your fingers crossed for me, guys. ' Ladies and gentleman,' I heard the hosts announcement. ' It's time to walk like an Egyptian. Because this dance is one of the seven wonders of the dance world!' The crowd started to cheer. ' Well this is it, ' I said to myself. If you want to know which music was... We danced on Coco Jones' Holla at the DJ. This is one of my favourite songs! The crowd was cheering. I saw Yugi and Tea in the audience. I smiled. I knew they would come. I was spinning around, jumping and at the end of the performance I took the position as I was worshipping Pharaoh. Yugi, Tea and the crowd cheered. I stood up, smiled to them, spinned around and bowed down. Suddenly I felt someone grabbed me from behind. Yugi and Tea gasped. ' Oh, no!' Tea shouted. ' Let me go you...' I was shouting and pushing the guy who grabbed me away. It was the guy who was the Pharaoh in the performance. Once I pushed him away... The crown was gone!!! Oh, no! I jumped off the stage and ran after him. Yugi and Tea were also running after me. He went out, to the roof! ' Where are you hiding?!' I shouted. ' Look, Kim,' Yugi said. ' Your Millenium crown!' I heard laughing. ' Oh, it's just you,' I said to the Pharaoh guy. ' Of course, it's me, ' his voice was weird. Like two voices in one body! ' Finaly, it's mine! Mine!' ' What's yours?!!' I shouted. ' Your crown, Kim,' he said. ' Not for long, Pharaoh guy,' I said. ' To gain the crown, you have to pass me! I challenge you to a duel!' ' No, Kim!!!' Yugi shouted. ' I'll duel instead you!' ' But, Yugi,' I said. ' He's got my Millenium crown.' ' No, Kim,' Yugi repeated. ' You can't duel alone! Well, since you're not giving up. I'll duel with you. We're stronger together.' ' Bingo!' I said. ' It's time to duel!' Yugi and I shouted.
