The Plan

MARIK'S POV

These fools don't know who I really am. Well, I'll let them think like that. ' Listen, my Rare Hunters,' I spoke to my Rare Hunters, Lumis and Umbra. ' You're going to Duel against Yugi and Kaiba. Bring me their Egyptian god cards and Yugi's Millenium puzzle. And make sure little Yugi stays outta my way.' ' Don't worry, master Marik,' Lumis said. ' It will be easy to take Obelisk the Tormentor away from Kaiba.' ' And it would be the same with Slifer the Skydragon,' Umbra continued. ' You fools,' I said. ' It will be hard to defeat them! But just to make sure my plan is going as I thought, I'm going to take care of Yugi's friends.' ' But, master,' Lumis started. ' What about the girl with Millenium crown?' ' I will take care of her,' I said. ' Even though I know it will be hard to Duel against her. She is a tough nut to break. Her Millenium crown will be mine. And with Yugi's Millenium puzzle and all three Egyptian god cards, I would be the most powerful creature on Earth.' Then I came back to reality. ' Hey, Joey, Tea, Kim! ' I called Yugi's friends and ran to them.

KIM'S POV

Suddenly I heard Namu's voice. ' Hey, Joey, Tea, Kim! ' he shouted. I could hear him running. ' Oh, Geez, Tea,' I started to panic. ' What I'm going to do? What if he asks me something?' ' Calm down, Kim,' Tea said. ' Just be natural and smile.' ' You think that's gonna work? ' I asked insecurely. Tea just nodded her head. ' Look, it's Namu! ' Joey said. ' I don't want to bother you,' Namu started. ' But I just thought you could teach me few things. ' ' Oh, no problem,' I smiled as Tea told me. ' We'll teach you everything, Step by Step.' I saw that Namu smiled back to me. And I thought it's not going to work! I mean, I'm not kind of a flirty girl. That's not my style. But this time, I think there would be something. ' No problem, dude,' Joey smiled. ' Thank you,' Namu replied. ' I would like to win, at least, one Duel.' ' I guarantee,' Joey continued. ' For few minutes you will become the greatest duelist, just like me.' I wanted to be cool, so I chuckled and nudged Joey with my elbow. Joey just looked at me. ' Joey wanted to say ''us'',' I smiled again. ' Hmmm, yes,' Joey smiled while massaging his arm. ' For few minutes you'll become the greatest duelist, just like Kim and me.' ' Yep,' I nodded my head. And of course, everything would be perfect, if there weren't...
' Joey! Look behind you! ' Namu shouted. I saw that someone grabbed him from behind. Some man in a black cloak, similar to one the Rare Hunters are wearing. ' Hey, what's goin-...?!!' I shouted when someone grabbed my arms. ' Hey! Let me... Get your filthy paws off me, you...!' There were five of them. And just four of us. Joey started to beat them to defend us. ' You got him!' Tea cheered. I was still pushing away. ' Let me go you...! ' Suddenly I saw Namu on the ground. Three of them were beating him! ' Namu! ' I screamed. ' Tea, Joey... Kim,' Namu was protecting his head with his arms. ' Help me! ' I was sick and tired of watching this aweful scene. ' I told you to let. Me. GO! ' I yelled and hit the guy who was holding me. Fist in the stomach! I didn't control my strenght. The guy collapsed on the ground. Then, while he was in pain, I kicked him once again. BOOM! Straightly in the same place - with my leg in his stomach. ' That'll teach you not to mess up with me and my friends, you maniac! ' I shouted. No one is touching my friends! Then I heard Tea's scream. ' Hey, let her go! ' Joey shouted. The same guy who grabbed me, was on his legs again, and grabbed her! ' What do you want?' Tea mumbled as the Hunter held her tighter. ' Now I'm going to show you...' Joey clenched his teeth and raised his fist. ' Joey! BEHIND YOU! ' Tea shouted with fear in her eyes. The Hunters dropped Joey on the ground. ' Are you okay?!!' Tea was shouting. ' Answer me! ' ' I'm okay, Tea,' Joey said while laying on the ground. ' That's enough! ' I said and clenched my teeth at Hunters. ' Three against one? Find someone who's on the same level with you! ' Before I managed to do something, I felt the hard punch in my stomach and I fell on the ground. ' Enough! ' Tea screamed. Suddenly, her phone rang. ' You're expecting a call?' one of the Hunters took her phone from her bag and answered the call. I heard it was Yugi. The Hunter dropped Tea's phone, but I caught it. ' Yugi, help us! ' I cringed from pain which was stronger. ' The Rare Hunters... ' Then the Rare Hunter stepped on my hand. He took Tea's phone and smashed it in the million pieces. If I wasn't on the floor, I would break both of his arms! The pain in my stomach was too strong. Too strong that the only thing I could see was the black colour.

MARIK'S POV

Finally. One part of the plan is accomplished. My Rare Hunters dragged Yugi's friends to our base. Only Kim was left with me. What Shall I do with her? ' What Shall we do with her?' Odion asked me. ' Isn't she...?' ' Yes, she is,' I replied and turned my head away. ' Put her in the trunk.' ' Master,' Odion's way of speaking was strange. He doesn't agree with my command. ' Do as I say! ' I spoke angrily. ' Or else... You know your punishment.' ' As you wish, master Marik,' Odion bowed down his head and picked Kim up. I watched him walking to the car with her on his arms. One part of me was telling me to stop him, to let me take care about this, but the other part of me was telling me to do opposite. Honestly, I was worried about Kim, but in the same time. I don't want to blow out my cover. Not before I come to Yugi. I must stay calm and concentrate on my goal. Love and the rest of the feelings will come later. I don't want to admit it, but I fell in love with Kim. It's not I'm in love just with her emerald eyes or her smile full of warmth. She has the pure heart. The only person with the pure heart in my life. Literally, I've had enough of everything the day she left. But we were just children, I got over it. Friend come and go. It has to be like that. Enough about that. I must think of my next move. I got in the car. Next station - Battle City Harbour.

KIM'S POV

Everything was still black when I opened my eyes. ' Where am I?' I mumbled when I woke up. I felt the place where I was laying. The floor was pretty rough. I heard the muffled sound of the engine under me. ' I'm in the trunk,' I said to myself. ' I'm very lucky today.' I raised my hands up. The trunk was spacious! ' Come on, give it a whack! I'm gonna suffocate here! ' I heard Akhesa's voice from the crown. ' I must see if I can give this wonder a whack, ' I said. I tried everything. With my hand, with my leg, but nothing happened. ' Really? ' Akhesa was looking at me with her folded arms. ' It takes you three Sun years to think of something! Let me do this! ' Akhesa used her mind powers to destroy the lock of the trunk. She opened the door of it. The car was still moving. I was afraid to jump out. ' You can do this, Kim! ' Akhesa encouraged me. ' Just close your eyes and jump! ' I listened to her. I closed my eyes and jumped.
