A year ago Ellie was your typical, shy, funny girl but a lot can happen in a year. Ellie has a new baby sister named Gracie and her father's wedding is coming up soon. Austin has changed a lot too. He released his first album and is now on his first world tour. He is still dating Stephanie Scott and he even has a new girl best friend, Kendall Jenner. Ellie hasn't been the same since her and Austin broke up. She is in her senior year of high school and she has a new boyfriend named Adam. The crew has changed as well. Tyler is no longer apart of the crew ever since he ditched us to start dating Whitney. Alex, Robert, and Zach are in college out in Flordia. Ellie only gets to talk to them once every couple months. They don't really speak to Ellie anymore it's like they forgot about her. Ellie just feels lost. She just wishes things could go back to the way they used to be. But something happens to Ellie that makes her go into the hospital again. She is scared she won't make it this time. The crew reunite after they find out about Ellie's condition. When Ellie sees the crew they become close again. When Ellie is faced with the choice to leave her friends and family behind for a huge opportunity will she take it? Will she be able to leave her sister behind? But most importantly will she be able to leave Austin?
