Austin's POV
I thought everybody could use a nice vacation so we are all on my private jet right now on our way to LA for the week. Since Ellie isn't aloud to go back to school until she graduates we decided to take this vacation. We thought it would be good for everybody and Ellie gets time off from school. Today I am wearing black baggy sweatpants, black beanie, blue t shirt that has a panda on it, and blue, red, and yellow sneakers. I have my familar chain around my neck and my earrings in. I really need to talk to Ellie before we get off the plane about starting over. I looked around for her and today she is wearing a pair of mustard colored high waisted shorts, a white t shirt that is tucked into her shorts, a blue and yellow varisty jacket, and brown oxford shoes. Her hair was in curls that fell onto her shoulders and she had on her normal amount of makeup. Everybody was either asleep or listening to music so I decided this was my chance to talk to her.
"Hey Ells can I talk to you?" I asked sitting down next to her
"Sure what's up?" she asked smiling awkwardly at me
"Look I know things ended badly between us but we are still best friends Ellie we always will be. All I'm asking for is a second chance, to start over." I said looking at her
"Well I agree with you because I don't want things to be awkward with us anymore because to tell you the truth I do miss you. But we can only be friends because I forgive you for what you did but I don't know if I am ready to forget yet." she said smiling weakly
"That is all I wanted to hear. And besides we couldn't date again even if we wanted to, I'm still dating Stephanie." I said looking down
"Oh right sorry." she said playing with her fingers
"No worries. So are you excited for some fun in the sun?" I asked her wiggling my eyebrows
"You are such a weirdo." she said laughing and gently pushing my arm
"But yeah I am. I really need this vacation." she said smiling
"Well I am glad we all get to spend it together. It will be like old times." I told her
"Yeah it will be, it will be like all the times we went to the lakehouse." she said laughing again. It felt great to hear her laugh again.
I laughed too "The best was the jet skis and when we would try the water skis we would all fall off."
"Yeah that was funny but that really did hurt if you fell off hard. I remember we had all those bruises on us." she said shaking her head
"We will be landing in five minutes please fasten your seatbelts." we herd the pilot say
"Get ready for some fun." she said taking out her fun and snapping a goofy selfie of us. I got the notification because she tagged me in it on instagram it said LA are you readyy? ;) xx @AustinMahone
For the whole week instead of staying at some hotel we rented out a mansion on the beach. It has a pool, and a hotub. It pretty much has everything. We are having a bonfire on the beach tonight but right now everybody was just getting settled in. The girls were sprawled out on the couch just chilling.
"You know what song I herd on Pandora today that I havn't herd in forever?" Sarah asked us
"What?" Abby asked her
"Can't be Tamed by Miley Cyrus." Sarah said laughing
"Oh my God you used to be obsessed with that song. You used to dance to it all the time." Ellie said getting up and dancing
"Shut up I wasn't that bad." Sarah said throwing a pillow at Ellie
"Guys look at all the footballs they have here and they even have a basketball court out front." Robert said coming into the room with Alex
"Why don't we go play some beach football?" I suggested
"Yeah I'll go, how about you guys?" Alex asked everybody
"Sure I'll go but I am not playing football." Ellie said taking her shoes off
"Yeah let's go feel the water!" Jackie exclaimed running out the door. We all followed her and ran down to the beach. We immediaetly started playing our football game and the girls were just feeling the water and jumping around in it and taking pictures. Everybody was just having a lot of fun. The girls soon started doing gymanstics on the beach.
"Hey Ells can you teach me how to do that?" I asked her
"What a back handspring? You are going to hurt yourself Austin." she said smiling
"Fine if you think I can't handle that how about a cart wheel?" I asked her
"Fine, show me how you do one first." she said crossing her arms
I demonstarted and everybody was laughing histarically when I was finished. "Am I really that bad?" I asked nobody in particular
"Well your hands are correct it is getting your ;egs to stay up in the air that is the problem." she said taking her jacket off. "Alright watch how I do one." she said doing one perfectly
"That's not a fair you used to be a cheerleader." I said pouting. She playfully hit me in the arm "Suck it up and do it again but I will hold your feet this time." she said standing in back of me
I did one and she held my feet "You see how straight your feet are? This is what they need to be like every time." she said letting go of my feet
"Alright let me try it one more time." I said doing a handstand perfectly this time. She clapped "Yay good job!" she exclaimed
"Thanks." I said playfully punching her in the arm "Ow." she said hitting me playfully in the stomach "Oh that did not hurt." I replied grabbing her hands. Now we were play fighting. "I'm a girl of course it is going to hurt." she said poking me in the cheek
"That's it." I said picking her up and walking towards the water "Austin put me down!" she shrieked
"Never." I said smirking. I walked into the water with her and put her down just as a wave was coming, we both got soaked but it was worth it. "Your so mean I hate you." she said splashing me
"You love me." I said splashing her back
"You wish." she said spalshing me one more time before walking back towards the others who I noticed kept smirking at us. I just shook my head and followed Ellie back to the others. I am so glad I have my best friend back again.
