Ellie's POV
Right now we are all just hanging out on the beach before our big party tonight. I am currently finishing up paddle boarding right now. My hair is pulled back into a messy bun and I am wearing a white and black stripped bikkini but like my other one this one is vintage too and the bottoms are high raised. Earlier we were all jet skiing. The boys are currently playing beach football and Jackie, Abby, and Sarah are all boogieboarding.
"Thanks so much for taking me out here Frank." I thanked the instructor
"It was not a problem Ellie, you are really good at paddleboarding. Ok so now all you have to do is hop off and then swim to shore. I hope to see you again." he said high fiving me
"Yeah I will definitley be back later! Thanks again!" I said to him before jumping in the water. I swam to where they were boogie boarding.
"Hey how was it?" Jackie asked me swimming over to me and jumping on my back
"It was really fun, it gives you a lot of time to just think about things." I said
"What were you thinking about?" Abby asked me floating on the boogie board
"I don't know just life and how it is weird." I replied
"Did you think about Austin at all?" Sarah asked me smirking. I splashed her with water "Shut up. You guys know there is nothing going on right?" I asked them but they all gave me looks
"What it is true!" I exclaimed
"Ells we are not stupid, we see the way you guys look at eachother." Abby said
"Yeah and plus ever since you guys have made up you havn't left eachothers sides. It's like you guys are conjoined at the hip again." Sarah said
"Yeah it's almost like you guys never even had a fight." Jackie added
"Well maybe you guys are right but honestly right now I can't deal with a boyfriend I already have to much to think about. Plus I forgave Austin but I don't know if I can forget what he did." I said dipping myself underwater one more time before walking out and wrapping myself in a towel. The girls followed me and wrapped themselves up in towels too. It was surprisngly sort of cold today. Michele walked down and took a seat next to us.
"It is a little chilly today isn't it?" she asked us wrapping a towel around herself
"Yeah just a little bit. Where is everybody else?" Abby asked her
"Well your mom, Gracie, and Jim all went sightseeing for a little bit and Dave went to go visit one of his friends from college. I didn't want to sit up in the house by myself so I decided to come down here." she explained
"Are we still taking that group picture?" I asked her
"Yes we are taking it in the front of the house when everybody gets back." she replied
"What are you guys going to do tonight when we all go the party?" Jackie asked her
"Well we got a babysitter for Gracie and we are all going to this place called The Lobster House for dinner and drinks." she said smiling
"Oo maybe you will meet a man." I said laughing and nudging her
"Oh please girls I am too old for that." she said shaking her head
"Are you kidding me? You are so young and gorgeous! Anybody would be lucky to date you!" I said putting my arm around her
"Well that is very nice but with my busy schedule dealing with Austin I don't know if I have time. Plus I don't know how Austin would react." she replied
