It had been few days and Aarti continued her work. She was thinking of packing her things. She was glad to go back to her family but at the same time she was unhappy as she did not meet Veer from past so many days...

She picked up her mug of coffee, stood near the window of her room and looked at the city. City full of crime. Everyday there's some or the other news. And God knows when this city will develop crime free...

She read the newspaper twice, astoundingly she missed this news. She felt bad for missing the opportunity to meet this officer. She opened the map of the city and saw the areas where this officer had been... and most likely will be.

She thought something and left for work...

"But Aarti, it's just not possible... how can we interview someone, who doesn't leave a clue behind him and what if he doesn't want to get covered by media"

"I understand Sanya, but I admire his bravery and I think we should appreciate his efforts by at least taking his interview...ok we will hide his face" Aarti kept the file on Sanya's desk

"Hmm... let me think about this Aarti..."

Aarti nodded and left...

She turned on her laptop and started making her report...when she heard about the sex racket news on the TV.

"What the hell" she shouted angrily... "These beasts should be hang to death"

"Very true Aarti" added Riya

"You know this gang is the most dangerous in the city, I hope someone puts an end to this" Riya watched irritably...

Aarti observed carefully at the video clip on the TV and tried to trace something.

Abhi looked at Aarti... "So when are you leaving?"

"Tonight"

"Then why you are in office, go pack your bags"

"No Abhi, I have some work to do. Once I finish this I will leave."

"Do you want me to drop you at the station?"

"No I will manage, thanks"

After a long day, Aarti left for her apartment to pick up her things. She checked the schedule... her train was on time...

She was about to leave when she thought something and left a small note on the fridge

"Call me when you have time. I am leaving for Kirti's wedding. This is my address ...And never say, don't wait for me. Cause this cannot happen, until my last breath"

She locked the door and left...her mind and heart endlessly circulated his thoughts, about his wellbeing. She knew he was doing some business, but what's his business address. She had no clue.

Train departed on time... she looked outside the window...her heart anticipated he would come once and she would have his little glimpse... she wished she could get his business address or the place where he works...

She thought something and turned on her laptop... then tried searching business directory to get his number...

She typed Veer.... She didn't knew his last name...she thought over, she loves him but never asked his full name. She tried calling him. His number was switched off.

"I am so stupid" she whispered to herself.

She never cared to ask his full name. She cursed herself for not asking him. She closed her eyes and shut her laptop.
