The Lazy Author's Handbook For Plot Ideas

  I am going to pretend to be Niccolo Machiavelli and this is my genius handbook.

  (Yes it will be another list)

  Oh no! You're a lazy unoriginal author who's run out of ideas! What ever shall you do?!

  Thankfully, in this time of crisis, you can use one of these, abhorrent, boring, unoriginal, most likely plagiarized from somewhere, insulting to me as a writer and cliché ideas!

  (In all seriousness, I do hope none of you guys ever ever  use these because when an author does use these, it's extremely obvious that they ran out of ideas and now the story is all bs) 

-One character gets hit by a bus or some other large automobile (although I'm not sure why said automobile would be speeding towards our "beloved" character and honking their horn and not bother to stop or swerve) and said character gets amnesia and doesn't remember their boyfriend/girlfriend

-A character gets diagnosed with some incurable disease that the author made up in .04 seconds

-One of the character's old friends come back to create a completely unnecessary love triangle

-One of the characters has to move away for some unknown reason

-A new antagonist crashes in through the window to create boring and irrelevant turmoil amongst our equally unoriginal characters

-Something catches on fire

-The girl gets pregnant

-The guy is suddenly a werewolf or a vampire

-Someone gets shot (The availability of weapons in these stories is absurd my god)

-All of the sudden, the parents come back into the picture and forbid the two from seeing each other ever again

-It is suddenly revealed that a character is a spy or in the mafia

-The guy proposes and the girl rejects him for some unknown reason

-The guy reveals that he was using the girl all along although there was no buildup to back him up (and no, that doesn't count as an unexpected plot twist because it's obvious that this wasn't originally planned by the author)

-The guy has some twin brother that never existed until this point solely for the purpose of reviving an already dead story

-

I may have not updated in one day but I did start writing this yesterday.

I have been updating a bit more frequently though, cheers.

Maybe I'll update today or tomorrow, who knows?
