Then and Now: The Goat, the Water bearer, and The Fish
"I- it'll be okay! I swear!" Never before had Pisces seen a child cry. Well, he did see Capricorn and Cancer cry, but that was hundreds of years ago. "Please do not cry! We'll give you anything! Anything!" No matter how much the fish begged, the new Zodiac continued to cry.
This was the first time Ganymede has been a star constellation. Heck, his name isn't Ganymede anymore. It's Aquarius.
He wasn't letting out wails or anything, but Aquarius still cried, silently. Right now, he was sacred and didn't know what to do. All he wanted is Aquila to stay with him, but the eagle had said that he needed to return to Zeus. So then, Aquila left Aquarius in Pisces's care.
"I want Aquila.." Aquarius murmured under his tears.
Pisces smiled sheepishly, "U-uh... A-anything besides that?"
The twelve year old looked up, his eyes more watery while his lips quivered. This made Pisces panic even more.
"I'll show you around the place!" He finally came up with a plan, as he jumped back on his feet. "After all, you'll have to know the areas of this place before you start living here!"
Aquarius looked at him confused, but nodded slowly, agreeing on the terms. He calmed down a little bit, so it was a relief to the fish.
Taking his hand softly, Pisces led Aquarius around the area of his home. He would've liked it if he were to show Aqua the other Zodiac's place, but he remembered Aquila's message. Aquarius was not allowed to meet the other Zodiacs until he's all grown up to be a responsible Zodiac. As he showed Aquarius around, he can't help but sneak glances and think.
I wonder if he'll grow as fast as Gemini.
After showing him the different areas around his place and explaining what's off limits, Pisces takes him to his last, and favourite area. The waterfall. The very first place that Pisces was in when he first became a Zodiac.
The waterfall was like a big place to swim at. The water was crystal blue, and very clean. It had a few rocks pointing out, and one of them caught the boy's attention.
On one of the rocks, was another male with dark brown hair, goat horns, and a fish tail. He blinked, the moment he saw the Aquarian.
"Capricorn!" Pisces called out, "Come over here and meet the new Zodiac!"
Capricorn just stayed in one spot, staring. Aquarius on the other hand, looked frightened. Letting go of Pisces's hand, the boy ran away.
"Wha- Aqua!" Pisces called out, but the boy was gone. Sighing, he turned to look at Capricorn, but saw that he had gone underwater. Pisces sighed again, "This might be hard..."
That was then...

... And this is now
"Come on Aqua!" Pisces waved, "The water is fine!"
"It's not the water I'm concerned about." Aquarius replied, glaring at certain goat, who only poked his eyes out of the water, to observe Aqua.
Pisces sighed, "Cap won't do anything. Right Cap?" When the fish turned to his friend, Capricorn slowly sunk back in the water. Pisces gave a blank expression, for he never knew what goes on in the goat's head.
"See?" Aquarius pointed at the spot where Cap used to be. "When he does that, I can't trust him."
"Don't be silly. I'm pretty sure Cap is just trying to get you in the water." Then he waved his hand, "Plus, you really need a bath, so I'm sure that this water will wash you right up!"
"No. I'm fine smelling."
"Come on, Aquarius!" Pisces frowned.
Seeing this, the air sign sighed and crawled over to the edge. he looked at the water carefully, as if he was trying to find something- or more like someone. Gasping, Aquarius was about to jump back, but he was too late.
Splash!
In an instant, Capricorn shot out of the water, wrapping his arms around Aqua's bare shoulders.
"AH!" Aquarius yelled, just as Capricorn went back into the water, taking him down with him.
Pisces watched for a moment until both emerged from the water. Aquarius was yelling while Capricorn laughed and swam away. Aquarius was following him.
Seeing this, Pisces giggled to himself. Even though Cap and Aqua were physically in their twenties and thirties, they still had that childish side in them, that made them act like ten year old brothers.
Pisces sighed with a smile, "Sillies."
