Mason

        How did she know about my house? She looked as confused as I did. She was about to walk out but I grabbed her and wanted to soothe her. So I kissed her neck, I saw a vein popping out of her neck. My hunger came deep within me, my fangs came out and I was ready to feed. But I had to control myself so I pushed her away from me. I didn’t know I had pushed her so hard, when I heard her scream in pain I hated myself.

I began to call after her but she didn’t turn around. I went straight to her building knowing she was heading that way.

“You should have been more careful” I told myself

As I got to her building I could hear her crying and heard how upset she was with me. I knew she didn’t want to see me but I had to tell her what I am. Maybe after I told her she would still want to be with me, I had to tell her since ‘she’ was after me still.

Once she got to the building I could hear anger, pain, and embarrassment in her voice. I begged her to let me, she finally did. When we got to her apartment I sat on the sofa while she stayed standing. As I began to explain to her, I wasn’t sure how to start or how so I asked her questions.

When I finally showed her and told her what I am. She looked horrified not sure what to do when she asked me if I was going to kill her I told her

“No, of course not” I looked at her straight into her eyes. I loved her and I wanted to be with her, I could never hurt her.

When she told me to leave, I did what she said. I knew then that she didn’t want to have anything to do with me. As I walked home I had to feed, I was feeling a great lose and disappointment. I found a guy down the ally who was looking for trouble.

“Hey let me get your wallet” the guy said holding a small pocket knife.

“I think you have something for me instead” I told him with a grin

“I don’t think so” he said getting closer to me

“Ok, we’ll see about that” I told him standing still.

When he got in front of me I studied him to see what his next move was. He came at me trying to stab me but I grabbed him and began to drink his blood. When I was done I charmed him and told him to never come here again.

When I got home I got a drink and sat in my bed. I couldn’t shake off Chloe’s reaction

“What did you expect darling?” Bernadette’s voice came into my head

“Quite” I told her

“You know she’s not capable of loving you like I do” she told me

“What the hell do you know? You’re crazy” I said upset

“I could show you how to enjoy the gift I gave you” she said laughing.

I began to tune her voice out and went to bed. I dreamt about my life, my human life. I was a very wealthy man; I had everything I could ever want. One night a very pretty woman came up to my house asking for help. She had long ash blonde hair, her eyes were a deep blue/green, her skin very pale and her lips were thin on top but a bit bigger on the bottom, very red. She told me that her husband and her had an accident, and needed someone to help her. I went with her to see if I could find her husband, we walked for miles and I didn’t see anything.
