Jeffrey disappeared a few days ago, leaving Liu lonely in the warehouse. At least he had left him with some money, not that he really needed it. His food supply would be good for two weeks if he ate only once a day.
It was funny how much of a child he felt like. Even though he lived away from his parents, he always had a room mate to share an apartment with. This was the first time he had actually lived alone, having to keep track of everything on his own.
No one said he had to stay here. He just simply chose to do so. His self conscious kept nagging him about the inflictions, even if he had a scarf to hide it. Liu had to admit though, he was feeling a little stir crazy.
Liu sat down, pondering what he could do. Maybe it would be nice to eat at a fast food place. The peanut butter and bread was becoming slightly tiring.
Deciding that this was what he would do, he stood up with a confidence shining through him. Snuggly he wrapped the scarf around his neck, puffing it out to cover his mouth.
He stopped directly in front of the exit, taking a deep breath. The last time he felt this nervous was when, well, when he went to go meet his psychotic brother. He chuckled at the irony.
He turned the knob, pulling the door inward. As soon as he did so, something on the other side also swung the door inwards. Liu stumbled back, catching his balance with the help of a rack.
"Where is he", asked a calm but intimidating voice.
Liu simply stared as a person barged into his living space. It was a tall man, who was probably once very handsome. He had neatly combed brown hair and wore a dark suit. The only thing that made him not so appeasing was his gouged out eyes dripping black goo. The blue and gray undertones made him look cold rather than friendly.
"Um... W-who might y-you be looking for", Liu asked shyly.
He wasn't sure if he should be scared of this man or not. As far as he was concerned, he hadn't done anything to piss anyone off. Not anything logical anyways.
The man's head snapped towards Liu, making him appear like a robot. Liu gulped, but stood tall and kept his composure.
"Oh? Now who are you?" The man smiled at him sinisterly, advancing on him. He gripped his cheeks tightly, using his other hand to open Liu's mouth. Liu winced, the pain from his mouth starting again.
"Hm, don't seem to be a smoker..." The man let go, now addressing Liu's figure. Liu looked at him oddly as the man began to pinch and squeeze the skin of his arms and legs.
"Seems to be in shape", he said, still talking to himself.
The man stepped back, as if giving an overall evaluation.
"W-who are y-you exactly", Liu asked.
The man looked at him, still partially in thought.
"Jack. I'm a client of Woods."
Something flicked across Jack's eyes, and before Liu had time to react, he was pinned to the floor in a very uncomfortable position.
"What are you doing", Liu yelled panicked.
He tried kicking Jack, but he only proceeded to sit on Liu's knees. Readjusting his position, Jack replaced his hands that pinned down Liu's arms with his feet. He leaned forward, lifting Liu's shirt.
"Hmm. Skin won't be too tough to slice through", he said trailing his finger where imagined the cut line being.
Jack pulled a handful of items out of his pockets. After placing a surgical mask over his mouth, he picked up a small container which held a simple scalpel, a hooked needle, and some type of surgical thread.
