"Oow", winced Liu under the cloth in his mouth. The knife's edge against his skin made his senses light on fire.
Just yesterday, Jack had helped Liu out, letting him leave the shit hole of his brother's abode. Truth be told, he felt fearful when he left, thinking his brother would come back for him.
Jack had assured him that he made sure Jeffrey didn't know where he lived. He explained that's why Jack always came to him instead of Jeffrey coming to him.
Suddenly Liu felt something cold emerge in his stomach. He looked up, sweat dripping down his forehead. Jack had his hand inside of him, finding what he wanted. Something was clamped inside of him, causing another groan. His stomach felt like it was sinking.
"Okay, I'm going to extract it. Do you one me to open the skin, or do you mind if I just stick my hand in again?"
Liu wasn't sure which was better, but stretching his skin sounded more painful. He slightly removed the rag, giving himself enough room to make audible words.
"Uh... Just... Go... For... It", he spoke, taking pained breaths between each word. He moved the rag back, bracing to bite down on it.
Jack nodded, his bloodied hands picking up what looked to be some type of surgical scissors. Again he plunged his hand in, cutting near the clamped organ.
With his skin closed around the procedure, Liu could feel every single movement, making him want to writhe. He knew if he did though, he'd just cause himself an injury.
He felt the hand slip out painfully from him, along with something else. Liu looked up, Jack holding his freshly removed kidney. Liu spit the rag out, heaving deep breaths.
"We... Done... Now." With every word his chest rose and fell.
"Not if you want to bleed out internally."
Liu looked up regretfully, Jack starting up again before Liu could grab the gag. Liu screamed as the clamped flesh was stapled. Jack didn't look the least bit surprised by his outburst.
He continued with closing up the wound, Liu covering his screams and breathing heavier. He bit on his fingers, his lips, anything that would help muffle him. Really he was only causing himself the slightest more of of pain.
After what seemed like forever, Jack finally stood up, looming over Liu who was sprawled out, obviously in pain.
"Okay, all done. Want something to eat?"
Liu looked up at him with disgust, and Jack just chuckled. He held his dirtied hand out to help Liu up.
"No no... I think I'm gonna... Lie here... For a bit..."
Jack shrugged. "Suit yourself."
Jack left Liu, presumably to clean up and store his new food in the kitchen. Liu lay there, one arm resting in his forehead, the other above his injury.
He wouldn't necessarily say he regretted this. At least in this form it was consensual. Considering who he was living with, he probably would of taken it any how. Really it was the pain that made him feel terrible. But then again, when you're sitting through a surgery conscious, who wouldn't.
Jack was in Liu's line of sight, washing his hands at the sink. Liu focused on the sound of water, snapping out of his trance when it turned off. His vision went blurry, but he wouldn't allow himself to pass out.
Jack passed by, Liu gripping onto his shirt. He stopped, but didn't look down at him or say a word. Liu wanted to look up, but his eyes couldn't focus, so he kept his head down.
"I uh..." Liu tried spitting his words out, but the ideas were fragmented in his head.
"How long?"
Jack didn't answer, because he wasn't sure how. Liu's words were out of context. When he didn't answer, Liu continued, trying to extend his thought.
"Staying here... Jeffrey... You?"
Jack nodded, now understanding what Liu was trying to say.
"I suppose you can stay as long as you want. Heal back up, get a job. You can help out and stay with me, or move out on your own. I don't really care. Jeffrey can't find you here. Nor could he find you if you were to move. Though, if you stay here, I will require something of you."
Liu couldn't think straight, but his thoughts were enough to tell him that whatever Jack had in mind, it was better than crawling back to Jeffrey and being abused.
"What", he asked in a weak voice.
"Well. You know what I eat. Of course I know you'll keep quiet of that, but this isn't what I ask of you. Instead I ask you help me sustain a food supply. Trick people into coming here so I can take the organs I wish. If you can yourself, you may extract them for me. That's all I ask of you really."
The deep richness of his voice was enough to sway Liu into saying yes. No doubt Jack had planned this. He was in a vulnerable state, able to be taken advantage of by whom ever. If Jeffery were here, he'd be having his way with Liu like this.
"Alright", Liu agreed. He let go of Jack's shirt.
"Good. You will be very helpful. Don't let me down", said the rich voice as Jack ruffled Liu's hair.
He walked off, leaving Liu to drift off into unconsciousness. With the closure he wanted, sleep came easy to him. Though sadly, his thoughts would only trouble him the proceeding morning.
