2. (un)believeable

"It's Alexa,... and what deal?" I ask, faking a confused look. His smile begins to falter.

"The deal we just made. The deal was that I give you my homework and in return you owe me a favour" at this point he looks more puzzled than anything.

"But I didn't agree to it" I cross my arms as my smile begins to form. "I didn't shake your hand, nor did I say okay. So that means that there is no deal between us"

"But that was the whole point of giving you the homework!"

"Well hey, you only got a warning so you're fine"

"But still I-"

"Listen, as much as I love talking to you I need concentrate here, because my mummy and daddy aren't rich so I can't afford to live without an education in the future. So keep your mouth shut, let me continue with my work and you can text all those desperate girls you're chatting up"

"But-"

"Shush!" I say placing my index finger on my lips.

It was my turn to smile as Finn looked speechless. With that I turn back to my table and begin doing the questions that Miss put on the smartboard. I hear Finn let out a deep breath then muttering. I can't hear all of it due to to the level of noise coming from other students but I am able to pick up a few words such as 'damn', 'chance' and 'her'... whatever that meant, I didn't want to know.

Lunch comes by quickly and so after having Study session with Alice we decide to go get some food from the cafeteria.

"I swear I could probably eat 5 cans of pringles, 2 sandwiches, 3 portions of wedges and still have enough space for dessert" I say as my stomach makes another rumbling sound that is most likely resembling a whale.. A big one for the fact.

"Just don't eat mine. I also like dessert but you seem to take it away from me" Alice points at me.

"That's because you love me, and you never say anything back, plus I'm just helping you out making sure you eat healthy" I beam, grabbing her in a sideways hug.

Once we get our lunch we sit down at our table and I then tell Alice about what had happened during maths class. She stops eating her chicken salad and looks at me, quickly swallowing before she begins to bombard me with ridiculous questions.

"FINN?!? The player one ?! He wha.... You..." She starts shouting and rambling, and completely oblivious to the fact that i'm not even listening and rather thinking about why this pizza tastes so good.

"Yeah Alice, stop now please..." I sigh, grabbing my last piece of pizza that was still in my plate.

"Now they will know you" she says with realisation. "You will be under their radar Alexa.. How are you not freak-" she stops for a second and her eyes widen. I stop chewing and look at her with confusion.

Why is she looking like that? Crap, do I have tomato sauce on my face?!

"Alexa, Finn is talking about you" she says staring into distance. Her voice is low and she doesn't seem to move her gaze from where it is fixated.

"How do you know? He might not be" I state the obvious.

"They are all talking and keep glancing in our direction! Wait.. Finn just stood up. Crap he's walking towards us! Act cool!" She quickly states and sits straighter, starting to eat her salad like she's having dinner with the queen, whereas I am still stuffing my face with Pizza. She said act cool didn't she? Not act like you're in a 5 star restaurant.

"Erm hey Alex" says Finn giving me a smirk. He begins to move his hand to the back of his blonde hair messing it around a little.

Damn okay he's hot I will give him that.

"ish a shesha" I mumble whilst trying to swallow the mouthful of pizza. I decide to put a palm up, as a gesture to wait, whilst I eat the bite.

"It's Alexa!" I say. My emerald green eyes stare into his blue ones. My lips set in a straight line."What do you want?"

"You are not getting away from the deal that easy, Alex" he says sitting down on my table and using the seat on my right as a footstool.

As he sits down he looks around the canteen and gives a smile to his friends on the furthest table. Everyone except Theo was there. I then begin to look around to see many others staring back to see what is happening between Finn and I.

Oh just fantastic! Everyone's attention is on me... ugh

"I already tol-"

"No princess, I don't care. I will claim the favour" Finn whispers into my ear. Damn that tickled. I quickly lean back to put some distance between us.

Wait how did he get so close to my face?

"Personal space needed here!" I say circling my hands around myself to show the space that he invaded. Noob...

"You love it babe-" Babe?! Where the hell did babe come from? and why is he calling me that?! Ew no... just no!!

"-but I gotta go. I will catch you later" he gives me a wink and stands up from my table.

Does he really think he's going to get away that easily? No one gets away easy when they invade my space.

As he starts walking off, I move my foot just a little bit forward causing him to trip and fall flat on his chest. As the whole canteen erupts with laughter Finn turns to lay on his back and props himself up with his arms to see me smirking. His glare towards me can be seen even though his blond hair covers most of his eyes. It changes to something I can't quite put my finger on. The boy then looks away and quickly jumps up to his feet, walking back to his table.

There is no way i'm giving in.
