A/N: woo hoo. so guys im going to let you guys interact with the story a little, im gonna let you all be sponsors. so if there is any of your favourite characters that you want to see survive, you can either comment or message me, things you want to give the tributes once there in the games. these things can be food, tools or weapons ect. please note: weapons won't be given to tributes until later in the games, basically, because the quarter quell.. hahah.. but anyway, yea,.. let me know, and I really want to put those in.

BRUCE BRILLES (Head Gamemaker)

So, the big day has come where I get to meet the sorry suckers I get to kill. This will be exciting, as first year as game maker I am blasting with deadly ways of killing tributes and wicked and twisted ideas. Any time soon, they will be pouring in and I will give my very first greetings speech.

I have changed things up a bit this year with how we will evaluate the tributes. We are going to do the same thing by letting them show us there skills, but once they have, we will only announce the six tributes with the highest scores, and the four with the lowest.

This target the highest achievers and the lowers, so some epic fights will turn out.

All I want to come from these games is for it to be interesting. A quarter quell can not be anything ordinary. It needs twists and turns on every corner of it. Traps, animals or what ever. I want it to be so torturous for these tributes, that the excitement for us is unbearable.

I also want to adapt my own personal signature. I'm not as big a fan of seeing the tributes being killed by Capitol made traps, I feel as if it is cheating. So my personal signature is for more battles between the tributes to happen. I reckon it's far more entertaining that way.

I walk over to my assistant, Glenda. I stand by her side ready for the tributes to walk through the big metal doors.

"Excited?" Glenda asks in her very high pitch and exciting voice.

"More then ever" I reply

"Who are you most excited for, from what you have seen"

I ponder on this question for some time.

"Well, I have always been quite a fan of the Careers, they're always an exciting bunch. I am also looking forward to seeing how that Levi, from Eight goes, and how he recovers from that embarrassing stunt at the tribute parade. I have no fancy for the rest. They seem boring so far. I will need to see them train before I can fully answer that question".

She smirks at me.

"Don't like my answers?" I ask

"No. Not at all, I think that is quite a valid response. But personally, I'm excited to see the girl from Four, Jessie. Also the duo from Six"

Our conversation is short lived when I hear the creaking of the big doors open up.

Mandel Yarn POV (District Ten)

"Jesus, you smell!" Xander cries at me.

"Yea, it's called sweat, because I am flipping nervous as hell!" I snap back.

I can't stand Xander. He is a rude, selfish, arrogant and ignorant piece of shit. I can't believe we agreed to team.

Well, the agreement was to say we teamed and make it look like we got split up in the games. When in actual fact we just don't want to be near each other. But something about saying yes to his alliance makes me want to suicide.

"Well, heard of deodorant?"

"Well, heard of I hope you die?" I say giving him a shove.

He is about to reply, then he doesn't. I win.
