A/N: HOPEFULLY, that bloodbath was good enough. but yea...... read this pls. vote and comment. oh remember you can still sponsor a tribute, :)

Matilda Dunham POV (District Five)

"C'mon, one more step! There ya go!" I help Florence up the last rock of the rock wall around the circle. We lost Exil about ten minutes ago, and I feel it's my fault. I was there when he died, and I weakened and let him die.

I try to push it away out if my memory, the sight of the poor kid, bloodied up and unrecognizable. I can't dwell on his loss though

"Alright Florence, one more step" I grab her arm. The poor girl is shaking. I can't imagine what she must be feeling right now, her and Exil were very close.

I look down at the rocky hill we must descend down. It a sturdy slope made entirely out of rocks. Okay Rob, Florence, be careful going down okay.

Florence goes flying down, if feel a little scared, maternal instincts kicking in, but I need to let her go. I am not her mother and I am not in charge of her. Although Robert grabs my hand and we walk down slowly, step by step. Rob stumbles but I help him to his feet, he giggles and I join.

"Oh My God, you guys!" I hear Florence scream.

At first I think she's being attacked but I look down at her looking at a luscious, beautiful jungle meet a run down city scape. It is as if the two settings have emerged to make a new area. Jungle and Abandoned City, I like it to be honest.

It is like a city has been left here, rotting, for hundreds upon hundreds of years and totally new Jungle has grown in. It reminds me of stories my mother used to read to me, an enchanted city grown in with trees and shrubbery.

"C'mon guys!" We finish off our departure from the rocks and head into the city of green.

Magna Tyrall POV (District One)

I am pissed off.

First we din't get the sword. What kind of careers are we, the most tough and frightened competitors and we can't even fight for a sword.

Secondly, whoever chose this arena must be mentally retarded or something, because seriously, you go from desert to abandoned city. Stupidly dumb.

Third of all, I am bloody hungry and thirsty, and now I have to go hunting for food, with no weapons or resources what so ever but some heavy bat-like branch we find on our arrival into the city. Ethia has found two, sturdy sticks and is carving them into a point with her long as hell nails.

"Sshh...!" Valen points to three figures walking in our opposite direction. They are walking into a thick wall of trees. I jump onto the road, which is broken up and cracked which stretches for at least three-hundred metres each way. Harmony points down the road where the trio are heading.

"We will run down to the other side of the trees and catch up to them, jump in and kill them. Make sense?" Harmony suggests.

Without hesitation we all sprint down the road catching up to the people. As we get closer I make out a girl holding a younger and shorter boys hand.

"It's the pip-squeaks from Five, and another companion slightly smaller!" Ethia calls to the group.

They stop walking as soon as she shouts. They must have heard us.

"I think they heard us. Quiet. Duck down behind that bench seat" I shout.

The bench seat in which he crouch down behind is old and rusty, which sits against the trees.

"Don't worry, keep walking!" I think I hear one of them mumble.

"Alright, when they walk past, we strike!" Ethia announces, everyone nods in agreement.

About a minute passes and so do they, I nod at everyone and in we pounce, thrashing at the leaves and branches. One smashes me on the head sudden, placing a small cut on my forehead. I'm not fussed. I grab hold of a little girl. She squirms around like a worm trying to escape my grip. This is all struggled by the abundance of branches and leaves. I through the girl into the trunk of a tree, hard. I hold her against the trunk with my foot and hold the bat up. I go to swing but I am tackled to the ground by a little boy.

"Get off of me midget!" I hit him with my branch and again with my elbow he is taken care of by Ethia and her sticks along with Harmony and her soft brutality. I search for the girl I was beating, she is still on the trunk I left her on just behind it. I check no one will tackle me this time and raise my branch.

Florence Zappi POV (District Eleven)

He raises his bat-like branch, and swings it at me, hard in the side of the head. A ringing sounds develops in my ear. I can't hear my left ear anymore.

Hits me one more time, in the front this time, leaving a horrible cracking noise in my nose. Blood is everywhere and my nose certainly working as a nose anymore. And the final hit gets me in the front again when everything goes black.

Isobel Satten POV (District Nine)

A cannon fires. I look at Oliver to make sure he is still alive. I couldn't care less in Jessie's case. For some pathetic reason she has decided to ally with us. She probably just needed someone so she wouldn't become disadvantaged.

"Tributes..." A voice blares. "Quite a bloodbath, but there is still nineteen people left, only one may remain. Also, remember teams less then three WILL be disadvantaged" A dark laugh follows and the voice stops.

"Little fuck!" Oliver cries.

"What?" I say in disbelief and confusion "Did you... just swear?"

"He,... He deserves it!"

I chuckle a little. I feel so low right now. Not having any food or water, but it was a good thing Oliver paid attention in the survival training, because I didn't.

"So, what do we do now! We're sitting around her doing nothing like a old mothers group." Jessie pipes.

"Well, what do you suggest?" Oliver questions.

"Well, I am going to find sticks to carve into spears, I do that at home anyway, do guys want a stick to carve?"

I am beside myself, Jessie is being nice.

"I am alright thankyou though Jessie. Your kindness has been noted!" Oliver says.

"Actually, I'd love one!" I ask.

Jessie walks off into the streets. We are perch in the lobby of what must have been an old hotel. It has a giant tree growing straight through the middle of it covered in moss. Oliver scrapes the moss off the tree, "apparently" it is edible. It tastes like grass to me. I check and see if Jessie is well and truly gone into the outdoors.

"Dude, lets go!" I cry.

"Go where?"

"Lets ditch her, c'mon. We've gotten rid of her now lets leave!"

"No?"

"What?"

"No."

"C'mon! Lets go now!"

"I like her!"

He is standing up for himself. This is unlike him. He must come around

"You won't like her too much when that craved stick is pierced through your chest!"

"No, stop. She is nice. She hasn't done anything wrong in this arena! Maybe she wants to be our friend?"

"She dosen't want friends. She is sadistic and cynical and... you saw her in training! The only reason she teamed with us is because of you and your brains. She's gone to get me a stick, or whatever, because she is trying to gain our trust so that it's my humourous for her when she can blind side us and slit our throats!"

"Your jealous?"

"What? I am not jealous!"

Which I certainly was not jealous.

"Your jealous she is paying attention to me and not you!"

"Get over yourself Oliver! We are leaving now!"

"Not me."

"Fine." I stomp through the door and go around the side of the building. I sort of need Oliver to survive. Leaving him is a mistake. But so is staying with her. I am torn.

I groan and stroll back through the door.

"Fine. You win. But the moment she starts acting up, I am leaving. Don't come running to me when she gets her hands around your throat. Because I know I am right!

He just turns back to the tree and picks the moss. I simply go upstairs and check for resources, or the cornucopia. I look through the orange stained glass windows, enhancing the colour of the setting sun.

Lauren Jays POV (District Seven)

It is scorching hot. The beating sun is beginning to set, but the heat is still unbearable.

And what makes it harder is that we still haven't made it over the bloody wall. I have gone up it and down it so many times becomes,

1- I am impatient

2- Jemima has never discovered an adventure other then her books. Come on, climbing a wall is not that hard!

"Guys, try get her over the wall, I want to see whats on the other side, because I am an impatient bitch!"

"Um, okay then?" Fly cries from the bottom of the wall, still planted on the sand in the circle trying to boost up Jem

I gradually make my way down the steep decent, and find myself at the foot of the enormous, lush city. The city is encased with trees on every street and every building.

"Interesting!" I say aloud.

I know it probably isn't smart to be walking around a dangerous arena full of crazy kids wanting to kill me, but they can suck my ass for all I care, I want to see this place. I walk down what must have been the main street, after making way through the thick density of trees. Each block has a decrepid skyscraper leaning on it with trees literally growing inside it. There are several streets branching of the road like a tree all broken, cracked and crumbled. I walk along the rickety road. I really want to find the hidden cornucopia. I mean, lets think Capitol for a second:
