--Jared's P.O.V--
I figured that Danielys liked coming to school early.
I always met up with her at 7:40 infront of the entrance doors.
It was February 17th and I was standing outside waiting for her to come.
It was cold outside and I tried my best not to think about being cold.
I checked down to see the time.
7:42
She was late. She was never late.
I decided to go look for her. I walked around the whole block.
Then I walked around again to check again but then I noticed that there was a small bench and there was a girl wearing blue pants and a blue jacket.
Danielys.
"What are you doing?" I asked her.
"I don't want to go to school." She replied. But she didn't look up.
"Why not? Cmon I'll go with you." I smiled and reached out my hand.
She kept looking down at the ground and didn't even notice me.

"Danielys. Cmon tell me what's wrong. We're going to be late anyways." I sat down on a space beside her and put my arm around her.
"What's wrong? You can trust me"
She looked up at me and stared into my eyes.
"I don't think I can tell you" she whispered looking away.
"Please Danielys. I'm your best friend. I think. But please. Tell me what's wrong." I was worried about her. I really liked her and I hated to see her sad.
"I--I have a c--crush on y--you."
She likes me back.
I looked at her and she was tearing up. Her tears fell onto the hard rock floor of the park.
"Danielys..." I wanted to tell her how I felt too.
"No look I'm sorry. I don't really know how to control my feelings. It's fine I don't expect you to like me back and honestly--"
I cut her off and placed my lips on hers.
She didn't push away. She didn't struggle.
Time felt limitless and it seemed like everything in the world was right.
"I have a crush on you too."
And then we kissed again.
"We're going to be late" I smiled.
"Oh right school!" She got up and grabbed her book bag.
"Can we not tell Aaron about this? I'm not sure I want to tell him yet.."
"Oh yeah it's fine. It'll be our little secret." I smiled.
We held hands all the way to school and I never felt happier.
