The change

-Emma's P.O.V

I looked at Anika in embarrassment. This is not how I wanted my first impression to go. I started to panic. What if the guards followed her all the way up here. What if we get in trouble with the village. Then the guards came up right behind Anika.

-Anika's P.O.V

I was sweating. My heart was racing. I could get arrested or I could fight back. I fought back. 2 guards came to my sides ready to grab me, but I grabbed them and pulled the guards over my head. The next guard tried swinging his sword but I duck under and push the last guard to the wooden floor. It was a little hard to maneuver, since I was in a dress, but I got it down. I saw Aphmau run to her guards while I ran to Emma.
She looked at me with a smile."You know I was fine right."
I laughed."well I just wanted to make sure."

-Emma's P.O.V

I don't know why I was smiling since I had made the worst first impression ever, but what ever.
Aphmau looked up at me, while the guards were moaning in pain."I see you both are skilled in combat and have great reflexes. Don't worry this happens to the boys all the time. Alexis I am not sure about though."
Then I heard a mumble from one of the guards."Don't worry I am fine. A girl can handle herself."
Me, Aphmau, and Anika helped  get the guards to the beds and then talked some more.
Aphmau looked at Anika and then sighed. "So are you both," she whispers the next part. "Daughters of Irene."
I look back at her. "Yes we are. Oh and this is Anika. Sorry for the bad first impression. Me and Anika don't meet a lot of new people, and when we do its not the best greetings."
She smiled. "I am fine with anything and don't worry your welcome to stay. I think you guys will like it hear."
Me and Anika grinned. We might finally be safe from all the danger out life was in.
I saw Aphmau giggle. "Hey lady's don't you think it's time for a wardrobe change."
