Chapter 25

-Emma's P.O.V

Aphmau agreed to lead me to the ruins just in case. She said she's merging about being weary about some of her friends, but I they are as nice as anyone else in this village I think I'm fine. We kept on walking until we reached some ruins. Aphmau warned me of being careful of any wholes because she didn't want me to fall in them.
I looked at her with hopeful eyes."Aphmau this is my old home. It's were I used to live."
She lead me to the tallest building."Was this Irene's castle?"
I smiled."Ya it was so beautiful back then."
I walked into the magnificent building and fell."Ow"
"You okay down there,"Aphmau started to yell."I told you to be careful."
Before I got up I had a look around. It was the underground my mom used for emergencies. I got up and went to the nearest exit. When I got to the doorway I heard muttering."Emmalyn calm down. You need to take a breath. Aphmau said she was on her way so you can tell her then."
"KENMER DO YOU REALIZE WHAT WE FOUND THIS COULD HELP APHMAU SO MUCH WITH HER POWERS."
I walked into the room and found two people chattering over Irene. I was impressed on how much they knew even though most of the facts about Irene were burnt."Um hello."
They both looked at me with excitement."Oh Aphmau we found the best th....." Their smiles quickly evaporated while I slowly backed away."wait your not Aphmau. Who are you."
I sighed and gave away my secret."My name is Emma Irene. Daughter of the great goddess herself."
The girl I assume is Emmalyn from the talk earlier screamed and ran over to me flooding me with questions, talking at 50 miles  per hour."So where did you live. Did you have a dog. Did last Irene really fight over 500 wars."
I was about to respond when a Big Bang interrupted me.
