The birthday of the Irene daughters
(First person of Emma)

"Wake up anika" I screamed
Today was the day me and my sister turned 15 and I was excited. Our mom, lady Irene said she had an awesome surprise. I am also ecstatic for the cake. My mom always uses magic to make the most gorgeous cakes ever. I might be over exaggerating just a bit since my mom is normally there for only half of the day since she has to keep the realms in check. I mean I don't blame her, I would rather have my birthday in peace then fighting for my life. Well that has never and will never put me down, I guess.
"What are you staring at" Anika asked interrupting my thinking, bringing me back to reality.
"Huh oh nothing" I replied, "so are you excited for the surprise?" I asked.
"Well aren't we all" Anika responded
"I guess so I just.." I sighed
"What's wrong" Anika interrupted
"I guess I just wish mom didn't have to be gone all the time."I said sadly
"Don't worry mom is always going to be there in our hearts"Anika said trying to make me feel better.
"If you think that's making me feel better it is so working" I said sarcastically
Anika quickly replied "hey at least I" but was interrupted with a sweet little knock.
"Can I come in" it was our mom lady Irene.
I thought about my mom for a few seconds. Zack my best friend said everyone in the village is jealous even him because our mom is lady Irene. I mean she is one of the greatest moms in minecraftia but the only flaw with having a divine warrior as a parent is that they are always gone defending the realm from monsters. A witch named Hyria sometimes takes care of us. We call her our aunt. She is really nice, but I mean I just want a day with my mom
"Is everything ok in here" our mom said while slowly walking in the room.
"Huh oh everything is fine mom" I quickly say while trying to Change the subject.
"So mom when are you leaving today?"Anika asked.
"It all depends on life" my mom answers with a small tone.
My mom, Anika and I started to walk down the long hall and into the foyer. The foyer is a big peach room, that smells like roses. It has curtains on every entry way, located on each side of the room. There was a huge table in the middle of the room with a light lime green silk covering the table. A big light blue 3 layered cake sat in the middle of the table. With a white rim around each layer. At the top it had a decoration that said "happy birthday". On the next layer down the icing said "Anika" an the last layer said "Emma". We were all stunned by the cake and didn't want to mess up the cake but I had to taste, so my mom cut into the top of the cake and gave me a slice. She also cut Anika a slice. The cake was delicious. It was like a sugary goodness in my mouth. You could tell Anika was enjoying it too because her face lite up with joy.
After the tasty cake, we opened presents. Anika, and I got quite a few presents. Well there was more then we needed anyway. We got the presents , picked out a few and put the rest in a pile to give to the village. It's what we do every year since we get more then we can carry. Then out of nowhere my mom made us close our eyes and pulled us to a place. It felt like we were walking forever but my mom only dragged us so far. When she stop, it mom told us to open our eyes. Anika opened her eyes first then me.
"Mom is this the dimension that we have been working on" I asked excitedly
My mom motioned toward the portal "well do you want to check it out"she said
"Wait" Anika stopped in her tracks "did you finish the dimension for us"
Our mom stopped and faced Anika "well isn't that the surprise"right as she finished her last words our mom started walking again.
"Thank you mom, this is the best present ever" anika screamed, running to our mom
While my sister and my mom were walking in the portal I stayed behind and admired the design. It was made with a 4 by 5 wall with white blocks incrusted with designs. In the middle was a red clear wall. When I could move again I started to the dimension that we named the Irene Dimension.
