"No way! What?!" I scream as I spot a shiny key beside me on the kitchen table. I look up, smiling, as my family congratulates me. Of course, I had thought it was weird of them to visit me in the middle of June, when it was the most beautiful in Minnesota, here in Los Angelos. The first thing though, that goes through my head, is how I have only one hour to pack.

"Fuck, I got to pack." I run to my room, grabbing everything I need, without overfilling my bag. Only then, does it occur to me that I will be away from the internet. I freak out, rapidly setting up my camera as my dad walks into my room.

"Oh yeah," he says, "Forgot you would be offline for a while."

I nod, a little shaken up. "Yeah, I'm going to quickly film a video about it and have someone post it for me when it's allowed."

I click my camera on, straightening my hair, quickly brushing off my shirt, and not caring to tone down the smile on my face.

"Hey guys! So, as you all know, I'm a great big fan of the show, Big Brother. Well... guess what?" I pull the key into the frame, jumping around. "I'm going!!!" My smile fades a little, "I know it's going to be rough, not being on the internet for a while. But! I luckily have a lot of extra footage/ bloopers and will trust my family to not embarrass me too much." I say with a wink. "For now, I got to go! See you on the tellie! Bye!"

It's time for goodbyes. I already said goodbye to my fans, now for the people closest to me. Tears threaten to fall as I hus everyone goodbye, climbing into the car with my mom. As we drive off, I realize maybe driving with her wasn't the best idea. She never stops talking, running her mouth about being safe, smart, and not cussing on tv. I laugh, promising to do only two of those things. The third, is simply inevitable.

We arrive, and it's time for me to depart. I hug her harder than I have since I came out, and we both start crying.

"Win this."

"I will."

"Don't forget, I love you."

"And I love you even more."

"My name is-" I start, before being interrupted.

A cute guy, maybe just a little younger than me, but taller, with bright blue eyes and curly hair, looks at me with wide eyes. "Aren't you, wait, you're Connor!"

I blush, "Yes, I am."

He screams, before jumping up and running over to me. "Connor Franta! Oh my god, this is amazing."

He sits back down, embarrassed, and apologizes. "Sorry, your videos helped me get through some rough times."

The other houseguests look confused, so I quickly clarify for them. "Oh, I'm a YouTuber, meaning I make videos for a living. I have a devoted fan base, and it's hard for me to not have any contact with them."

One guy, from the south, still looks puzzled. I decide to not try, but instead sit down.

A blonde girl who was maybe 22, even 23, with light blue eyes and the smallest amount of fabric you can imagine being comfortable covering her body, twirls her hair and looks at me. "Aw that's cute. So you like, know how to deal with like, ladies and stuff?"

I laugh, "Sure, you could say that. I guess my previous relationship didn't work because of them."

The girls in the room gasp, while the guys roll their eyes. "A player!" The girl from before says.
