I sit up on my bed and think about everything. I then feel a few tears slip, my door opens and Tate walks in. He closes the door and sits beside of me. He asks," why are you crying?" I ask," how did you know?" He says," I could hear you from my room." I nod and say," well when I was about your age I watched my daddy die, he handed me this before he completely died." I hand him the necklace my dad gave me. He says," that's pretty." I say," yeah."

Tate cheers me up, then Eli runs him out of my room. He walks in and closes the door. " Look Amber I know you don't want to know any of us, but please at least give us a chance." I look away and he says," please." I ask," why, don't you know you only whined up hurt in the end of trusting people." He says," these aren't normal people they are like you, Vampires." I say," still humans get close to humans and they end up hurt in the end too." He sighs and says," all I am trying to do is help you." He then leaves, I look out my window and I see a little stone. I put on a hoodie and I walk outside, I begin to walk to where I seen the stone, when I see a person on their knees.

"I am sorry bubby, I love you, and I know you see the things I go through and all the feelings I have, but I will be okay." Eli?
