Hey guys today I am going to teach you how to do a French twist into a side braid. It is so simple and super cute. I love it!

Time: 2 min.
LOD: easy/intermediate
So to start off I am going to tell you what a French twist is. It is when you twist two pieces of hair together while adding in hair to both sides. If you still don't know what it is you can go to YouTube.

Step 1: Brush all your hair to the side you prefer.  And part it where you normally do.

Step 2: Take a small section from one side of your head right by your part

Step 2: Take a small section from one side of your head right by your part. Split it into two pieces and start a French twist.

Step 3: Continue it until you get right after the ear

Step 3: Continue it until you get right after the ear.

Step 4: Add in some of the leftover hair into each piece of the French twist leaving some to make a third piece

Step 4: Add in some of the leftover hair into each piece of the French twist leaving some to make a third piece. I find it looks best when you put the piece that doesn't have some of the French twist in it as the back piece at the back of your ear/head. Keep it tight so layers stay in better.

Step 5: Put the back piece over the middle piece first. Then, finish the braid all the way down and secure it with an elastic.

Tips: If you have layers and/or bangs like I do, chances are they are going to start to come out as you braid or after. Fix them with hairspray and/or bobby pins whichever you prefer or works best. You can also loosen(or pancake as I call it) the braid if you want. If you have layers they will come out even more than usual if you pancake it.  You can also do this wet and let it dry and you could have waves after. Or just do it wet to help it stay in.
Here is the finished look. Also all these pics in this chapter are me. I am just not wearing my glasses.

Heyo peoples. Hope you like this hairstyle as much as I do. Kamri from Cute Girls Hairstyles did this as her first tutorial on her own. I love it so if you want to know where to get it that is where.  I am going to try and do most of the pics of me from now on but I can't promise anything. I am trying to make what I post better with more pics and try to take some really good pics because you guys cannot see me while I am doing the hairstyles. I would love to do a YouTube channel following all these styles and other things but my parents won't let me. I have been asking for years😓but I will be getting one the day I turn 18 so yay!😀 Hopefully before then if I can convince my parents. Anyways hope you enjoy my better content. If you have any questions comment down below. Also leave a comment on how you like this book. I want to see how many people are actually reading this.  Remember you have to have the bad days to have the good ones. Stay strong! Never give up and follow your dreams! I love you guys. 💚💜💛💙💗
