I tried to move but chains were stopping me, tears were running down my cheeks, although I was not crying. I looked to my left, Wally, Steven, and N were all there, chained.
"Kaley?" asked N, whom was looking next to me.
"Y-Yeah. I'm here, but where's-" "Brendan managed to escape, thankfully." I sighed. Good. Brendan was okay.
"W-Why can't I move?" Wally's voice spoke, I'm guessing he has awoken too.
"We're chained. Because of YOU!" screamed Steven, I'm guessing he thought this was N's fault.
"It's no ones fault! So shut up Steven!" countered Wally. At this point, I had no hope. I felt pain, specifically in my eye, but it had nothing happening to it. The tears running down my cheeks fell to the floor, as N said something.
"Kaley...your eye...it's normal."
"Y-Yeah, it actually is." Steven claimed.
"Wait...it's not purple? That's cool!" said Wally.
"No, it's not cool. Something is happening..." I claimed as I heard the door open. It was the same dark figure I saw in Littleroot. The one with Brendan. Crap.
"Oh, you're awake." She softly spoke.
"Y-Yes, we are." I said. N whispered something,
"Kaley! Stop committing to her! She's not you!"
"Sorry, honey, she's too scared."
"Why....the hell...." It was true...I was scared. She inhaled and exhaled as she began singing some sort of ritual song, but it was actually normal.
I started crying, as this actually made me sad, to thing this demon in me actually had a story, a creepy one at that. I looked at her this entire time, as she walked over to me. She was holding a knife, I started hyperventilating. She put the knife in the air as she looked over at the rest of them.
"Don't get excited, you're next." I closed my eyes as I was ready. Then I heard a blast. It wasn't HER, she had a knife. This wasn't a memory of the hideout. I opened my eyes slowly, and there was a girl. She looked at me with her red eyes as she held a Whismur in her left arm, and was petting a Rayquaza with the other. That's what went through the wall. I instantly who knew it was, since I knew her from when I was little.
"Zinnia?"
"Kaley? What are you going here? Get out!"
"Not without N!"
"Oh, you two lovebirds want to escape together?"
I started blushing a light red, "N-No! T-That's weird." Zinnia started giving this weird look on her face as she threw me the keys to the chains. I nodded as I ran towards N, who was blushing a cherry red.
"Is she being serious? We're a thing now?"
"Er- Y-Yeah." I unhooked him from the chains as N held my arm.
"Oh, you said-" said Zinnia.
"Shut up!" I said sarcastically.
"You can escape through the hole I just made."
"Are you crazy?" asked N.
"Yes. Now do it! She will be back! Along with Ghetsis and all of them!"
N walked over to the ledge that Zinnia made, as I looked down it, there was a river in it, and it looked cold. I closed my eyes as I grabbed N's hand. I started blushing, but I didn't know if he was doing the same.
I shouted at the top of my lungs, "NOW!" as we jumped off the ledge into the cold water below.
