Breathing A New Life

As I slowly opened my eyes, I saw white light. Am I dead? Please no. I had a mask on, and had needles in my arms. What happened? I opened my eyes more to see where I was. Calem and all my friends; Shauna, Serena, Tierno, and Trevor, were just sitting there silently.
Calem was laying down while everyone else was just sitting, encouraging him to not be afraid. Then Shauna saw me, and almost shouted in front of the entire hospital I was alive. I stared at her and put my fingers on my lips, telling her to shut up. At least she didn't scream, but she told Calem I was in there, and I was alone. Oh no she DIDNT! But, Calem walked in.
"Hey." he said, his face drenched in tears. He was holding some tissues in his left hand.
"Hey." I coughed.
"I-I'm S-sorry t-they did that to y-" He cut off and stuffed his face into the tissues.
"No it's fine, it was my Lavender Town Syndrome."
Lavender Town Syndrome is a disease where if you have been to Lavender Town, and leave, any Ghost type Pokemon can sicken you, causing, what happened to me. Before I lived in Kalos, I lived in Kanto, where Lavender Town was located. We moved to Kalos for better protection.
"You think you can walk, or speak, or-"
"YES!" Calem stared at me, like I was crazy. "Sorry."
"I- er... have to go soon. Tierno and I have to catch some Pokemon." "Yeah...okay." But I could tell he was hesitant to go. He looked back as I laid back down. He sighed.
"Okay, I wanted to do something for...a long time."
"What? Catch a Ralts? Catch an Abra?" He shook his head.
"No, this," he claimed as he kissed me. KISSED ME!! He used to, kiss me on the cheek, or the forehead. But this time it was an actual kiss.
I smiled as he walked out. I laid back down as I heard a Snowbelle City Remix play over the radio.
